Awh PP sorry to hear about Kitty 🐈⬛
Wednesday
Late to wake up ( though had been awake through night)
Pup dropped off.Did a bit of work.
Sister called.
Pup picked up and me and my dog boy went to CP and had a lovely walk. Had clean tea towels and towels with me. Was only there for about an hour which included a phone call to solicitor. Sigh! The issue is not a Scottish one!And checked the tide times and oooh it was a far out tide so off we went to beach. Oh my goodness! It was stunning! So I’m glad I went.
And home. And sit at the table and write script. It’s been sent so I just wait to hear if it’s okay or if amendments are needed.Made soup for DD2 …just waiting on her and pup going7 -
Sorry to hear about your cat, BoP.
Pleasures for today (Wednesday)
1) Not a bad sleep.
2) Went to the town of my birth to look at the charity shops. Nothing today.
3) A cup of tea and magazine read in Waitrose cafe.
4) Eleventy billion emails arrived about my job so I had to video myself (!) and provide a photo of my passport etc.
5) Went to Sainsburys with smaller son and got some cheap new job shoes.
6) Cleaned the kitchen properly.
7) Looking forward to watching Grand Designs later.7 -
Sorry to hear about your cat BOP
FrIth, congratulations on the new job
1 A planned in trip to C0stco, mainly as we needed fuel, but picked up some bits also, seafood, crocus bulbs and tool boxes.
2 Artisan?? Pizza portioned up and cooked up. It was £1.60 off so rude not to really.
3 I had my injection today, always helps, and DH also received a date through for his hand operation.
4 More bits packed to the van, and I also started packing up some nick naks into the freed-up boxes from the office.
5 Watching Hitchhiker's Guide to the galaxy the 1981 episodes as we both remember our family going silly over them, and think it deserves a re-watch.

Aww, sorry to hear about puss cat BOP
For yesterday,
Trip into horsey town as fresh stocks getting low, especially cocktail sausages which help small dog’s medicine go down, guess what was the only thing I forgot 🙈
Long chat with my bf.
Over to the yard and caught up with pal who had been away for a week, equine girlie is v grumpy at the moment and I suspect it’s down to the change in seasons with increasingly dark & cold nights. We grudgingly accepted an apple from Mum then stomped away to graze, oh dear.
Reading my new book, a rather dark, gothic kind of novel but engaging enough.
Another blanket out of the airing cupboard and bed socks on.

Another one MIA. Hello everyone 👋. Hi BOP, sorry about cat ☹️ and Fuse. I’ve been reading along every day.
All ok here. Summer passed quickly, lots of visits to friend’s beach hut. I love being by the sea and envy those who do, hopefully we will move nearer one day.
Off to Cornwall next Friday, looking forward to being in the cottage overlooking Cadgwith Cove and watching the fishing boats going out early in the morning.
Maybe I’ll get back to posting regularly. Have a good day all 😊

Hi everyone.
Damp and grey after a lot of rain in the night so feeling damp autumnal rather than crisp autumnal.
Some pleasures:
1) Packing and sorting for our Cornwall holiday mainly done, leave early tomorrow to head to brother's in Wiltshire for the night to break the journey and then onwards on Saturday. Haven't been to Cornwall for years, we went every year when we were youngsters as it was my mum and dad's favourite place. Hubby's grandparents retired down there so he has fond holiday memories too.
2) Will meet up with other brother in the morning and drive down in convoy with picnic lunch on the way which I'll prep this evening as we have an early start tomorrow.
3) Really not keen on packing but the beauty of going by car is we can throw it all in 'just in case' so not too many decisions to make about what to take and what to leave.
4) Last minute bits of fresh food shopping to buy today and some clothes shopping returns to do so will head out this afternoon and maybe have a cuppa and cake in M&S with hubby, last bit of 1:1 time for a week.
5) Looking forward to spending time with my brothers and their wives, some of my most favourite people.
Will catch up when we get back.
