For yesterday,
Rubbish day weather wise but happy pottering around the house, radio on and bread baking.
The latest video from this delightful channel, love Niamh’s peaceful presentation.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOOoeFFt641fiLUghzE9CHgFasted all morning so welcome lunch of beans on toast.
As always, time spent with my girlie, she fell asleep while I was grooming her so I sat on my grooming box and watched her doze.
The clouds finally cleared and a big, full moon appeared.13 -

Mismanaged my own post saving, so starting again....sigh.
Teeheehee bop, well done Mkhp on your persistence. Tree time's a-coming, suggest dead of night :-)
Remember this one?https://youtu.be/l6fYebVaMSc
Bop - is that pic around Blakeney or further North? Lincs coast/Wash? Much walking+seals seen in times past.
Yes, parental loss orphans us momentarily all over again.

1. This has held me, R4, just ended:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m00029g5.
Also, who else heard Elizabeth in h'Urrchrrs rush to stir her mincemeat on stove to stop it burning?
Mincemeat-MAKING involves no cooking! What was that all about?
2. Another better day and night, consistent now, all ready for this arvo and Friday❤.
3. No daytime gloom today. Light grey cloud's okay, just about.
4. Big hm garlic mushroom and tomatoes under grill last night. Strong self-discipline continues re: starchy food, bread(1 slice max. daily), potatoes(nil). Anticipate 2 meaning big walking on again:-), sensibly, out back/ old farm.
5. Still loving Smoke on the Water, from Dame Wendy Hall's r4x DID:-)

Art'noon all - more students teached today.
Pleasures for yesterday
1. Spent the morning baking the christmas cake
2. Listened to 'mark steel's in town' on radio 4 whilst doing so
3. DS went off to work ok, despite having had a bad day on Sunday - this is huge progress
4. soup and apple pie for tea with yommy sourdough from lidlys
5. walked to said lidlys with OH. Was fresh but i was comfy in my padded jacket - still haven't cracked out the winter coat.
6. (from the bank) - more tv watching. I watched 3 episodes of a netflix documentary about the challenger disaster, the last of the crown and then a film. Not sure how i fitted so much TV in given that i also did some work
And today
1. Worky work was worked - went ok
2. Washing hung up outside for a few hours in the sunshine
3. a walk around the block for half an hour at lunchtime
4. Did the kids' (aged 21 and 24) advent calendars - they are the 'fill your own' type so i got a couple of sneaky sweeties.
5. family film night later - OH's choice but not sure what yet.
Have a good evening all
I wanna be in the room where it happens12
