Happy belated birthday PK. A husband who makes cakes! How wonderful.
S Sue - so glad you managed a walk in the fresh air. It does help to clear the head.
Yesterday
The weekly meeting with DD in a local park. Takeaway coffee from the van at the side to warm our hands round as we walk and talk. Third week we've done this, and we've been so lucky with the weather.
Sorted out outfits for the festive season, in the hope we have one! I have enough to go on a week's cruise, I think. Now there's wishful thinking. No excuse to buy any more anyway.
Had a bbq selection delivered for tea. It's a local street food van who usually do festivals, Christmas markets etc. They have started home deliveries, and very good it was too. Nice to support small businesses.
Happy 🌞 Sunday everyone12 -
It was Colourful?
Goings to has too keep doing the chuffers, as the film was not shown. Now booked for Thursday at 8 on the box!
DD No sense. Agony! Every toy out of the cot! Sack the lot, I could do better with my lead foot!

Thirst prog I has watched on the aunt that has not bin uni challenge for eons! Last time I saw anything before the tv set left the bar of pigs, as 21:33Z 1982-05-03. It was a Monday! Oh, the statue used to be on Nuns Corner!
Just has mes late elevenses on the SunDae! Cake of the Jaffa, mug of tea and a bit of the choklate as well! Nicely pored by BoPsie as well!
No I has bin flapping this morning, no not abouts the footie, that was nonsense! No, Kitty, who has her madam chair now, has had her flap rearranged again! She is still not happy about it, but now has some protection! Hop less she is over it. She is not recovering inn her willow! BoPsieis ok!
Last nite We watched a flix on the record box. Guns of the Magnificent Seven. Old but still good. Just thinks that this day, it wood not be made. Wobbleades and cheeses were consumed!
Happy Birthdays, keep safe and more soon! So, there another week of hope!

Hello.Hot shower and jammies time.A day for working. Only open for takeaway for next three weeks and just felt odd but good company, laughter and chatter and day passed by quick enough.
Got medium tips but considering I cooked half of what I would normally do it was alright and in to the jam jars when I got home.Awh. There’s an empty bedroom. Sad faceNew job starts tomorrow and he has to be responsible for getting himself up on time without a mum shouting through. Had a wander round his room, felt too sad so came out. It’s a sad but happy kind of thing. He has a decent job, he will be much nearer his precious hills and mountains. He’s twenty five for goodness sake. But he’s my child I’ve had the longest. He’s tall! I’ll miss him / not miss him and I just have to wish him well on his way and hope he knows I’m always here for him.
Had chicken Kiev and a leftover baked potato from work and some peas for tea. That’s another thing, he eats tonnes of fruit me not so much DD2 not at all. We do eat a lot of veg. So I just bought 2 bananas for the dogs tablet taking! So I won’t need such a big fruit bowl. The dog is sad. He’s sitting near the front door waiting on someone ( anyone...please?) coming home. Lots of snuggles tonight I think!11 -
Oh mags. No worries, he’ll be back on Saturday with a bag for you!Oh, a bag of washing!13

Bala He’s now called Nestle, he’s come along leaps and bounds, we had him neutered, and he’s started to relax, he comes up and has to kiss. I’m not sure why but he is literally desperate to give smackers. He still fancies himself as top “dog” thou so still waiting for those hormones to abate.
1 Jet washed the patio and “fake grass in the ferret area”.
2 Three wash loads hanging about the need for a dryer in sales week high as more loads waiting to be done, just lacking the space.
3 I meal planned for the next week, we re jigged today to leftovers for lunch and soup for dinner as we ate a lot of celebration food yesterday.
4 Half way throu a great book. It’s so nice to be reading again.
5 We bought some aldee candles last year and honestly they are far better than yankee I am just hoping I see them again at some point in there. They aren’t there yet.

Reorganising the food cupboards. I can now see what we've got, and I've released a few things for the food bank.
Fresh lavender-scented linen put on the bed.

4) the taste of mum's cooking - roast chicken, roast tatties, sprouts, carrots, gravy and cranberry nom nom
5) the sound of Ravel on classicfm - i do love the concerto in G Major - was very interesting to then hear Gershwin's American in Paris - and now i'm listening to the 1st movement I can definitely hear how the one inspired the otherMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025
