Hello lovely people, well the good news is she is recovering - now at the bad cold, stuffy head level. Goodness though she's slept a lot! We haven't had the result of the C19 test yet so still isolating. And she has given me permission to go back to my own bed tonight. So a quick 5
1) the wonderful NHS
2) making her yummy chicken stew with my new thermal pot
3) and me cauliflower and coconut soup #24 from the soup cookbook, surprisingly yummy
4) a student has picked up the project with AMEE, the biggest association for medical education, and i am the supervisor
5) and a lovely treat from mrpiano - it should have been a concert with audience but in these times of covid... goodness, what a lot of notes! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLAYrWrD6TE&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR3rwA4wwYU3YdhUzgBUongW4Nk3Q9ORVyh-iI9TwxltTeeo7-dNfHWxZzUMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Glad DDD is recovering
Frith, the pub is called the Cadgwith Cove Inn
Beautiful sunrise over the Cove this morning, reflecting in the sea
We went to St Ives today, a little too busy for our liking but we had a lovely walk to Porthminster Beach where it was warm and sunny enough to sit and have a drink
We saw a seal in the sea
A surprise back at our beach this afternoon; there was a small film crew, it was Julia Bradbury who told us she was filming a new series about Devon and Cornwall to be shown in January!
More homemade beef casserole for dinner which had matured nicely 😊

PaulieHerts - yes, that's the one. It had been shown on some fishing programme (that we hadn't watched)
DD - hope your daughter goes on
Pleasures for today (Tuesday)
1) A lie in.
2) Hens OK and they had some raspberries with their layers pellets.
3) Up to date with the washing (for about 10 minutes).
4) Used up all sorts of food. Made JO's veg chilli (with additional courgettes), then mashed half a swede with potato, and grilled sausages ready for tea tomorrow. Also made a bread and butter pudding.
5) Had a sudden rush of Prolific surveys. I've done 5 or 6 today.
6) Watched GBBO.
Off to Wales tomorrow!13 -

Good news in the parish with a daughter recovering and a brother home.
For yesterday,
Quick blitz on downstairs then went to the yard, via the feed store to get my girlie some chaff so had a chat with my pal who works there.
My horse, standing by her gate waiting for me and obviously pleased to see her Mum, priceless.Good to be outside and the rain stayed away, one honey buzzard was up in the sky but being mobbed by crows.
Picked up some plants from a farm stall on the way home, white violas, white heathers and pink cyclamen so after lunch I made up two baskets to hang from the well.
One of our favourite meals for tea, all day veggie breakfast followed by fruit crumble whilst watching GBBO.14 -
And this should work then ...
I roled a double six!
PK the T2D is treatable by have inn the proper foods and the cake of Jaffa in moderation. As BoP says, keeps off the foamed drinks and stick too the cocoa!mhagster said:Still to encounter Pirate Pete yet...I’m at November 2011 so far ! Work was a joy apparently!Once yous done it then?
Watched another flix on the net last nite. Everything must go! Recommended by BoP. Cheeses and cocoa was consumed, proper bornvilla cocoa and not the foamed drinks!
As said BoP does the proper foods, then we has another brakefest! Poached egg and mushrooms. See BoP does not has the honey monster everyday! Tea was drinked and a buttered marmite crumpet. Marmite is good for you as it has the VB12!
Oh I forgets to say the other day we watched Clive Jame in New York. Old but always good!
BoPsie took her sen too the Salt Mine this morning. She is too good with our wheels, as she learnt early.
Now is me time for my usual elevenses. Cake of Jaffa, tea cheese. That leaves a choklate finger and wafer for later on. That will bee withs me lunch!
Now again bits short today, butt Kitty bee inn a madam, she is getting ready with her footie and whether training, so we can all keep safe!
Bits short I knows, but don't wants Mhags too excited when she gets ...That's better is it?
