1. Submitted a new request for flexible working not the work pattern I would like but closer to it than my present one. It stands slightly more chance of being approved.
2. Thunder storm and rain. Enjoyed watching it. Thankful it finished when it did as I had to walk to my car 30 minutes later.
3. Enjoyed cooking tea - not sure why.
4. Chat with neighbour.
5. DS1 eventually made it home- bad traffic and a long detour as M25 closed.
Next week we were going on holiday to France for 2 weeks. Not going now as would have to quarantine on return.13 -
Good news on visit from DB Bala.
For yesterday,
Have been nursing poorly small dog, she had a bad tummy so most of Wed night / early hours of Thurs was spent snoozing in armchair and opening back door when needed.
Fasted her for 16 hours then she had a little scrambled egg followed by a little plain chicken later.
Did get over to see my other girlie and she was very jolly in yesterday’s cooler temperatures, achey arms by the end!
Long nap in afternoon.
Short evening walk with beloved and small dog who was much brighter by then, we all enjoyed it without the stifling heat of the previous few days.14 -
Thanks Lainey. Feel as if it's a major achievement against his fears. We have all been so worried. Using the tack.........'but I need you because I miss you and I need you to cheer me up' (something along those lines) seemed to work. We are very close and he trusts me. We also tend to enjoy much merriment together. That's a good pot of medicine in anyone's book methinks.
So glad your beautiful little one is feeling better.

Now this should come as no surpise!
The hunt is on! Cat has bin detected. Replacement is being visited. More meows will be released shortly. Of course we shall not be using breeders or the pages. Usual CPL or society! Photo soon! We cannot live without a fur-ball!
Now where was I. Flix watched last nite. Demoted. Please be advised theres bee mucky references inn this flix, so please watch ifs yous not offended. Wobbleades and cheeses were consummated. Nuts were chomped. Strange without cat leaping onto chair!
Had lunch of egg scotched, ham and salad. Then bowl of berry fruits and orange. Had crumble tart as well. Just amazed how good the eggs scotched are from the A!D1, no blue on the yolk thing! Tasty. Water has bin drinked.
Now wacthing the cricket! Mmmmmmmmmmmm Off? On. Willow and leather.
Looks like Ollie is getting a decent squad together at the Theatre of Fish DD. Could see the same down at the Hattters as I am now an associate supporter!
Well, all is good as it can bee at BoP Palace! Keep safe!
