B: lo carb granola, berries and skim
L: lots of veggiesvenison casserole, braised red cabbage, kale. DH will want a carb but I might not bother.

The scales seem to be all over the place at the moment - hopefully they will settle. All fruit Thursday went out the window today- I could have eaten a scabby horse when I came home from work tonight! Hubby made a small roast lamb dinner and I had a small portion, followed by bread and butter pudding that needed to be eaten up (plus some cream!). Oh well, I'll report back on my weigh in, which will be on whatever day is the best one!
It's my birthday this weekend and I'm off out to dinner Saturday night so I don't think this week is going to be much in the way of weight loss, but what the hell, it's my birthday.
