All fruit Thursday went out the window today- I could have eaten a scabby horse when I came home from work tonight! Hubby made a small roast lamb dinner and I had a small portion, followed by bread and butter pudding that needed to be eaten up (plus some cream!). Oh well, I'll report back on my weigh in, which will be on whatever day is the best one!
It's my birthday this weekend and I'm off out to dinner Saturday night so I don't think this week is going to be much in the way of weight loss, but what the hell, it's my birthday.
Happy Thursday everyone x
Getting in quick before it changes! Somehow I'm STS, so I'll take that.
Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone xxx0 -

There are many and several comments/ questions re the elephant's p*nis, I'm just amazed I've managed to restrain myself from asking! Go me! Lol.0 -
Hello all, I forgot to post yesterday as I called in to see my aunt and ended up going to a local-ish market with her and staying out for lunch. I tried to choose wisely and also said no to some very interesting cheesecakes that were on display.
Yesterday :-
Breakfast : bacon medallions on small w/meal bread, clementine, plum
Lunch : smoked salmon and scrambled egg on one piece of dry toast
Dinner : home made chicken and mushroom fried rice with peas and spring onions
Snacks : I bought a plastic box from Sainsburys that has partitions (they were half price) and filled it with a handful of cherries, same of cherry tomatoes, chopped up boiled egg and sliced strawberries.
Today:-
Breakfast : bacon medallions on small w/meal bread
Lunch : sliced pink lady apple, yoghurt (for dipping the apple), hard boiled egg, cold sliced gammon
Dinner : SW friendly sausages from local butcher, dry fried chips, beans
Snacks : same as yesterday.
Good idea to postpone birthday things until the weather is a bit friendlier Lynne and Happy belated Birthday.
Cath I hope you enjoy your birthday weekend.
I had my leg checked by the nurse this morning. I was told it would take 4 months to heal in compression bandages then when I was allergic to those I was told it would take longer. My start date was 31st of October and it's looking like it may not take longer than 4 months after all. Thanks for the healthy eating encouragement here which is definitely playing a part (high protein is essential and I take a vitC pill every morning).
Take care all of you0 -
Oh and happy birthday,*Lynnejk*. January is a busy month for birthdays, I've found that everywhere. Wonder what happened 9 months before....?0
