Off today and quite proud of how restrained I've been, I'm usually in food haze over my weekend off, although the real test will be tomorrow when the kids are off!
B 2 slice wlm toast, 2 poached eggs, 1/2 tin b beans
L pear
D stir fry with bbq chicken (NO PRAWN CRACKERS!)
S light hot choc, 2 marshmallows, yog

Hi all
Still struggling with this flu/chest infection thing but have started eating evening meals again so I am getting there. Managing to go to work but shattered when I come home so trying to rest as much as possible.
STS for me this week. Combination of rubbish eating and lack of exercise. Hoping to get myself sorted this week once and for all.0 -

Today's food :-
Breakfast : Bacon medallions, mushrooms, baked beans, one slice small w/meal bread
Lunch : Apple, yoghurt, cold sliced gammon, hard boiled egg
Dinner : Home made split pea soup, one slice small w/meal bread
Snacks : Fruit0 -
B - sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, spoonful of baked beans, fried egg
L - falafel and hummus
T - will be cauliflower cheese
The hardest day yet by far! I think it’s because sons have been driven in by the snow and they’ve been eating constantly since 9am. (Oldest is 6 foot 1 and weighs 10 stones. So 3 stones less than I do!)0 -
I have to confess to a STS week. Very disappointing as earlier in the week I was losing.
Cold weather and comfort food I guess. Must try to get my mojo back.I believe that friends are quiet angels

It's my birthday this weekend and I'm off out to dinner Saturday night so I don't think this week is going to be much in the way of weight loss, but what the hell, it's my birthday.
Steak and ale pie, followed by cappuccino cheesecake and cream, wonder what the weigh in would have been tomorrow? Don't care!0 -
