People keep telling me I'm strong too and I really don't feel it. I think sometimes you are forced to be strong by your circumstances but you just need to remember to let the soft and struggling side out sometimes too for your own wellbeing

Holiday plans changed and we're now going this afternoon! Today will not be on plan this evening. It will be a case of good when I can and careful when I can't! Will be away for 11 days.
Am going to WI this morning and hopefully won't put too much on during that time and will have a few days when we get back to rein it back it to try to make the gain as low as possible.
As I said this morning will be on plan:
B - fruit after WI; Hifi bar (0.5 HEB)

Oh one more thing - please excuse my ignorance but I really don't know what DH, DS etc mean...?? I think people are referring to husbands or partners but not sure what the letters stand for!
Menu for today:-
Breakfast - I made the SW weetabix muffins, they tasted lovely and chocolatey and zero syns (using HexB for the 2 weetabix (i used 1 banana weetabix and 1 chocolate) but I do find the texture of slimming world "cakes" a bit odd. It is the same with the baked oats... does anyone else know what I mean? and how I can avoid this?
Lunch - I am having leftover soup and an apple
Dinner - SW lasagne with salad (the cheese in this will be my Hex A)
Syns - I will have the count on us skinny muffin dessert (7.5) topped with strawberries and tonight I will try one of the Boots Shapers Salted Caramel Nougat Bar (4)
Milk - 1.5 syns in my coffee0 -
