Having a bad day today. Really struggling. Tired, in pain, and eating rubbish. Emotionally I'm just in pieces. It's been a long and stressful week at work and it's all just a bit much at the moment. So much for trying to stay on plan. Need to pull myself together, or it will be another gain this week, and bigger than the last 2

Without knowing the context of your post it could sound like you and bubbs are in for a very "interesting" evening :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Holiday plans changed and we're now going this afternoon! Today will not be on plan this evening. It will be a case of good when I can and careful when I can't! Will be away for 11 days.

Am going to WI this morning and hopefully won't put too much on during that time and will have a few days when we get back to rein it back it to try to make the gain as low as possible.

As I said this morning will be on plan:

B - fruit after WI; Hifi bar (0.5 HEB)
    L - sushi 3
    D - off plan

    Denise
    Have a lovely holiday:D

    Morning all

Lovely to read some more about everyone this morning- definitely a mixed bunch

Joedenise - have a lovely holiday!
bubbs - what a bloody nightmare! hope it all gets sorted soon... sounds like Sunshine and her cucumber are determined to come to your rescue hahaha..
    greentiger - that's a relief.. i was worried I would be your sworn enemy ;) x

Oh one more thing - please excuse my ignorance but I really don't know what DH, DS etc mean...?? I think people are referring to husbands or partners but not sure what the letters stand for!

    Menu for today:-

Breakfast - I made the SW weetabix muffins, they tasted lovely and chocolatey and zero syns (using HexB for the 2 weetabix (i used 1 banana weetabix and 1 chocolate) but I do find the texture of slimming world "cakes" a bit odd. It is the same with the baked oats... does anyone else know what I mean? and how I can avoid this?
Lunch - I am having leftover soup and an apple
Dinner - SW lasagne with salad (the cheese in this will be my Hex A)
Syns - I will have the count on us skinny muffin dessert (7.5) topped with strawberries and tonight I will try one of the Boots Shapers Salted Caramel Nougat Bar (4)
Milk - 1.5 syns in my coffee

It is a bloody nightmare but not worrying over it:rotfl:

    Hi everyone

I hope you don't mind me barging in on this wonderful thread only I was doing SW online and lost just over a stone. Onto today I have put it all back on and a bit more :(

Anyway I have started again from last week but am going it alone as I can do without another monthly bill.

Can I ask the experts as I have just made a stir fry consisting of
    • Bean sprouts
    • Courgette
    • Onion
    • Half a tin of mixed bean salad
    • Mushrooms
    • Fry light
    • Light soy sauce
    • Splash of Worcester sauce

Am I right in thinking this is all free?

I have 2 stone to lose and would love to join all of you on your journies if you don't mind
    Thank you
    M
    Welcome :T:T:T
