Thanks someone else will be along to help .

bubbs is right those are the only ones online. Some chocolate chip are a bit lower but also smaller. I think you'll be safe with 7 syns but unless you really love them I'd give them to your DS or Poppy! :D
    :T on your half poundbubbs
I'd have given anything for that last week.

Sorry to hear you're struggling kathryna . I can see why you'd want to try and keep going. It's about control as well as the obvious weightloss. When's your next hospital appointment?

WI for me today and pleased to say I lost 2 pounds!:) I've booked 2 weeks off so I can try to make wise choices around a few meals out. My plan is to have as many SP meals as I can, drink plenty of water and keep a careful record of syns. Today's been quite good. Not 100% SP but close.

    Today's plan :
B:NAS grapefruit, HEB Bran Flakes, HEA milk
L: veggie omelette, salad, pickled cabbage
D: Tana Ramsey's sausage casserole with BNS, broccoli and sugar snaps
    Syns: 2 for BGTY sausages

So sorry to hear you're struggling Kathryn, fingers crossed they can do something to help you today. I think Maman's right about the control thing, and there's so much you can't control at the moment, diet-wise. Why not take the weekend to eat what you enjoy (what you can!) - don't go mad on cakes and chocs but if you fancy a bit of cheese for example after using your HEA, just have it and enjoy it. Come back refreshed on Monday. xxx

Well done Maman - I knew you'd start to see good losses soon!

I on the other hand have gained 1.5lbs this week :( It's annoying because I had a bad day yesterday - visited my dying uncle and it really upset me. I was literally pacing round the house like a caged animal wanting to jump in the car and go to the shops, but I didn't. I made a 2 syn hot choc and it passed. So a gain this morning is disappointing, but I suppose it's fair overall, taking last weekend into account.

I have managed to get through the week without doing a shop though which is good, but I'm looking forward to having some fresh meat and veg in! Going to have a look for some inspiration on the recipes page on here for a change, and make a meal plan. Still all to play for on the challenge!!

    B - Just coffee I think
D - Italian chicken soup with 2x crustless WM
    T - out
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Bread
Syns - Sugar (4), meal out and poss a glass of wine (???)

Have a lovely day all, and good luck to other Friday weighers! xx

    Morning all

I'm so glad it's Friday, I'm feeling quite tired this week. It's that time of the month and it's making me feel really bloated as usual. My womb also feels quite sore too, again this usually happens.

    Plan for today -

B - scrambled eggs, baked beans. Apple

L - left over veggie pasta (onions, peppers, tomatoes, seasoning, tinned tomatoes and tomato pur!e), muller light, greengage, flat peach

D - SW calzone using the WW wraps x 1 as my HexB with reduced fat cheddar HexA, homemade tomato sauce, ham, onion, peppers, chicken pieces. I'll have that with some SW friendly homemade potato wedges and to get my speed in even more sliced carrots

    S - 3 x British plums

    Syns - unsure yet

Exercise - 10,000 minimum steps no gym tonight don't feel like it plus I have asda delivering my food shop between 8pm-10pm tonight. I need to get more studying in too as my exam is a week tomorrow!!

Hi Kathrynha, give S/W a little rest and get yourself feeling a little better.
Sometimes a slight change does you good.Fingers crossed for you tomorrow.

Hope everyone else has done well commiserations to those that haven't.

Well done Maman, heading in the right direction again.

-1lb for me this week. Happy with that as I very rarely lose any more regardless of how good or otherwise I am. I got caught out at the tills at Aldi the other day - they sell packs of flat bread chips that boast 12 calories per serving on the packet - having eaten the packet and then checked the nutritional info on the back a serving is apparently one flatbread chip, not the whole packet!! In whose world is one chip a serving? Anyway, moral of the tale is don't shop when you're hungry...

Yay think I did the multiquote thing.
