Hi all,
been a bit awol this week - work has been mental!
WI was +1.5lbs - star week so not too surprised!
I am another that would love to have my belly button pierced - keep thinking if I loose this last stone that I will get it done but at 34 also wondering if I am a bit old now!
On plan so far this week and have managed the gym each day too - feeling it a bit but will push throughwalk 2018 miles in 2018 - 781 of 2018

Bubbs - so sorry to hear about your sis and BiL - hope your leak is covered by the insurance and not too difficult to fix.
WJN - I'm 35 and still have my bellybutton piercing from when I was 16 so you're not too old! Stupidly though about ten years ago I replaced the proper navel bar with a small eyebrow bar and now I want to put a pretty navel bar back in but the hole has shrunk! I almost fainted trying to push it through a few weeks go, but can't face going to get it re-pierced

Anyway I have started again from last week but am going it alone as I can do without another monthly bill.
Can I ask the experts as I have just made a stir fry consisting of- Bean sprouts
- Courgette
- Onion
- Half a tin of mixed bean salad
- Mushrooms
- Fry light
- Light soy sauce
- Splash of Worcester sauce
Am I right in thinking this is all free?
I have 2 stone to lose and would love to join all of you on your journies if you don't mind

Only thing I'm not sure of on your list is the mixed bean salad. Looking on the app, a lot of the tinned ones are free. What brand is it?Zebras rock0 -

Half a can - 94Kcal
Fat - 0.1g
Sugars - 0.9g
I lost 3lb last week as this was my first week back on track. I would love to be added to the spreadsheet thankyou. I need an incentive as well. I (ideally) would like to lose 5lb over the next 3 weeks. My weigh in day is Mondays.

Breakfast ..porridge A/B chopped banana
Lunch..B bacon egg tomato and beans beetroot
Dinner...double egg s/w chips tomatoes. Clementine x 2.
Extra ..2 crackerbread/butter 5 syns. A for Milk.
