What about having a budget for the month, (you could even penalise yourself for every chocolate/take away) and then treat yourself with the money you've saved at the end of the month.
You could also join some groups... keep fit, dance etc. you will make loads of new friends xOMG them pasties were lovely:D I said to hubby would you have again, he said id have 2:rotfl::rotfl: trying to upload pics please be patient camera playing silly s0ds:o

Well done, gts, Tete, dawyldthing, Sunshine and tweets.
Ah, maman, I know exactly where you’re coming from. We missed the pre-season friendlies – one was in Budapest. We’ve had 3 league cup games already and won all of them, next is on Tuesday; was confident before yesterday, but now …. One of our best players, who’s been with us since a babe, is out of contract. He went to Luton on trial, got injured a bit, and they’re not keen on paying development compensation anyway, so he’s sitting on his b** , we can’t get anyone else in in case he decides to resign and/or we can’t afford it! Football!
By the way, which are the free Savoury Rice packs, maman?
Sunshinemummy, it’s still too early for bramble picking here!
tweets, my previous cat, Bracken, would come running from anywhere in the house if she heard a yogurt lid being removed! We used to wedge the pot under the sofa to save holding it for her, she took so long ensuring that every morsel was reached. She used to use her paw, because her tongue wasn’t long enough to reach the bottom.
Hiya, Fairenuff.
Sorry to hear you’ve a sore back, TIE.
I like your comparison between fruit and chocolate prices, bubbs (pasties look good), and how we react to them, Tete.
Well, I have to report a 2.4lbs loss, hooray, getting back on track at last.
Fishy week started today. I do tend to go overboard and try to make ALL meals fishy!
Breakfast: hexb toast with mackerel in tomato sauce
Lunch: baked potato with prawn mayo (1), salad of lettuce, carrot, green pepper, cucumber, syboes, tomatoes
Dinner: salmon with dill and spring onion mash, mange touts, beetroot

Well done on everybody's losses so far this week.
Today has been a strange day, I got into work and felt hungry an hour after my breakfast. Then later on after lunch I felt hungry an hour after that too. It's one of those days where I just want to eat everything but I was good. I had fruit and tomatoes to keep me going.
I didn't go to the gym in the end. I needed to get some shopping in and by the time I'd done that it was well past 6pm and I had to walk home, get ready so it would have been too late to gym it. I did over my 10,000 steps so I'm happy at that
Tomorrow's plan -
B - alpen light x 2 HexB, gooseberries and red currants, 250ml alpro dark chocolate HexA
L - left over turkey and vegetable curry (peppers, onions and peas) with brown rice, muller light, 3 British plums
D - homemade chilli, defrosted so a quick and easy dinner
S - Apple, greengages (look like plums)
Exercise - 10,000 steps minimum and gym, easier on Tuesday as I've got my dinner ready made and I can go straight there
I've bought some unsweetened almond milk, 1 litre as a HexA! Thought I'd give it a try Wednesday plus Tesco had greengages, never even heard of it let alone tried it so I got a pack for £1.:money::rotfl::T0
