Shame you had a bad weekend tete, as you were so good last week. Well done on your loss anyway.:T Where do you get these rubbish foods? Do you go out and buy them specially? I try to not keep food in the house that's not SW friendly. I just buy treats for my DH that I won't like.

I do :o I say to myself "Right that's it I'm fed up!" and get in the car and get a takeaway and a big bar of chocolate. I know I'm doing it and I know I'm going to regret it, but that doesn't stop me. Real 'addict' behaviour. Living alone does not help because a) I have no-one to talk things over with, and b) there's no-one to see or judge me for being a greedy sod. I need to learn to reward/comfort myself with things other than food - what do others do as a non-food treat?

Thanks Bubbs - I'd have been more pleased if it wasn't the half pound I'd put on the week before but hey ho.

I'm trying to rein in my grocery spending too so attempting to eat from the freezer/pantry til the weekend. I've got loads of batch cooked meals in the freezer so this shouldn't be a problem in theory!

Well done Dawdly and Sunshine! Welcome Fairenuff!

tete, I'm just using this as an analogy but I know of people who to stop themselves going out to buy alcohol they put their PJs on so they won't go out. I know some would go to Tesco in their PJs but.....:rotfl:At stressful times, I think I'd take an hour at a time to put off going out and make sure you have plenty of SW meals and snacks planned. As for non SW things to de-stress then a relaxing bath, bed with a book, a walk or run might help. Or just come on here (like beanie did with the biscuits;)) and hope someone's around to talk you out of it!:)

I'm just going to have a JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetroot for my dinner. Then I'm going out dancing to get in some Body Magic. :)
