  • Welcome FAIRENUFF and good luck. You can do this!

I'm all lurgied up unfortunately. Seem to have the never ending sneezes, it's driving me nuts. My nose feels on fire. I had this a couple of years ago and it was my sinuses so am wondering if it's the same thing. Can't sleep, can't concentrate blah blah blurgh. Just feel ugh. Sorry for the moan!

On the SW front, another day of trying hard here. I'm determined to have a good loss come WI on Saturday.

Don't have that particular problem with my legs, but I know sometimes I feel fatter when I am lighter than I was before. Have you been doing lots of exercise and building your leg muscles?

Hope you feel better soon. Feel free to moan. It really gets you down when you feel ikky, especially when it stops you sleeping.

Monday morning and back to work, and need a good 2 days before tomorrow nights weigh in. I am so bloated, it's a good job my work skirt has an elasticated waist :(

Today's plan is to try and eat something other than bread even if it tastes all yukky and weird.

Breakfast - miso noodles (yes I'm stinking the office out :) )
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - risotto
Snacks - strawberries, cereal bars, aldi quavers, ginger sweets (I'm told they help with nausea)

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - miso (0.5), quavers (3), ginger sweets (if they work, I don't care how many syns!)

You're very welcome to join the thread and ask any questions you might have. :)

Fairenuf - I would have posted the above if I'd seen it before Maman! So just to say welcome to the thread. When are you hoping to join SW? Ask any questions and there is always someone around who can answer any queries.

L - Jacket potato; tuna mayo (0.5 syn); salad

Morning all, hope everyone had a good weekend! I still need to report a 0.5lb loss from Friday please Kathryn :)

I've easily put on that and more over the weekend - I just can't seem to stop cramming rubbish in my mouth as soon as I feel a tiny bit stressed over any little thing :(

Anyway, back on the horse today:

D - Frozen jacket spud (1), cottage cheese, pickles
T - Diet cola chicken, couscous
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - Alpen Lights
    Syns - Sugar (3), jacket potato (1), hot choc (2) = 6
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
