You've got me looking now bubbs . Morrisons sweet onion is the same syn value and so is their tomato and chilli relish and they're only £1.

bubbs I'm going to see how I go with the red currants and gooseberries for breakfast. I used to eat bananas a lot before SW but got fed up with them and grapes I still eat but at lunch normally. If I don't get on with it I'll carry on with more speed for lunch and dinner.

The sweet onion relish, I think the subway one is 1.5 syns. The one I got is by Frenchs so thought it might be close to that but added on a bit extra just in case. It's very nice I have to say, adds a nice flavour to the salad. I am a huge mayonnaise fan and I've loaded salad with mayonnaise (low fat type) in the past and never thought I'd enjoy salads without it so for me it's a good thing to have the sweet onion sauce to add and really enjoy it :)

Thats one thing i dont eat berries and should do really as they are good for me:o
I do eat alot of speed though:D

You're right about the kick up the proverbial bubbs but it's also worth looking because we can find out things that are low syn we don't expect.

I was very mse :money: today. I picked blackberries and ate a bowl with 0% Greek yogurt. I'm planning more tomorrow. :D

    Well done, Msm.

Glad you’re feeling a bit more like yourself today, kathrynha.

    Hello, Claire, and welcome.

Well, I had a BIG loss today - pity it was at the football! It has made me very grumpy. I didn't have a snack there either; maybe that's what went wrong! Had some of DH's choc afterwards though - even although I don't like it! The football was that bad!

It's our wedding anniversary tomorrow, but DH is bowling all day so I should behave ok. I needed a few things from the shops for tomorrow's tea, so I've changed what we're having so I won't go and be tempted by ....... I'll settle down with paperwork instead. Oh joy!

I alternate between weetabix (as my hex b too) and Greek yoghurt with whatever berries we have in the house at the time for breakfast most mornings. Both are lovely with them though

    Morning all

WI yesterday & lost 1/2 lb which I was pleased with given I had the munchies all week & couldn't sum up the enthusiasm to go swimming!

Plan for this week though is to go swimming at least twice this week

Sarah do you eat nuts and seeds as these are possible alternatives for HEB. Or cooked, dried or tinned fruit or ready made soups. There are lists on the website.

Today's plan has been swapped to what we were supposed to be having next week as DD1 and DGD are coming for dinner (had planned duck breast but only have 2 so not enough for 4).

    B - fry up
L - ham salad sandwich (HEB + 1 for LTL mayo)
D - roast chicken, roast potatoes, roast peppers & onions, green veg

    HEA - milk
    HEB - bread
    Syns - mayo 1; wine or g&t

Glad you had a loss gettingtheresometime. They all count!:T
I'm going dancing tomorrow after a break of a month so maybe that'll help me lose this week.

I rarely eat yogurt bubbs but I can manage the thick Greek ones as a cream substitute. Other yogurts are too sloppy for me and I could never eat it on its own.

Commiserations on your defeat yesterday greetiger. We start again next Saturday but not looking forward to it. We've avoided all friendlies as we're very disillusioned with our club and football in general.:( Currently our best player is sulking like a spoilt child because he can't get his own way and go to Liverpool like all his mates! Was at the football ground this week buying tickets for a friend and there's a huge poster saying 'We're Moving Forward'. Joke!:rotfl:

Sorry to go off topic everyone. Maybe jumping up and down on my soapbox will be good Body Magic.:)

It's my anniversary next Sunday. It'll probably involve an off plan meal but I'll face that when we get there.

I've portioned up the Bolognese sauce for the freezer and kept out a portion for my lunch. Tonight's chicken is a pre-prepared joint with stuffing and skin but I'll take that off so syns will be minimal. I had gin last night joedenise. My plan is to do the same tonight as I'm not only saving syns but being very mse as I have quite a bit in stock.:D

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: JP with Bolognese sauce (inc. Speed veg), blackberries and FF yogurt
D: roast chicken, SW roasties, roast BNS, swede/carrot mash, greens
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, stuffing?, gin.
