joedenise yes I do eat nuts, I might add this to my HexB options. I've gone through to book again and nuts are a good alternative. I also got some tinned soup as well on the list so I'm hoping I'll be ok now
I enjoyed the gooseberries and red currants for breakfast, they didn't bloat me up at all which I'm pleased with. They are seasonal so I'll enjoy them while I can but I might try plums next. I've got some British plums to take to work next week, if they are ok then i have them as an option, other plums that they do all year would be fine too:money::rotfl::T0 -

WI yesterday & lost 1/2 lb which I was p leased with given I had the munchies all week & couldn't sum up the enthusiasm to go swimming!
Plan for this week though is to go swimming at least twice this weekGlad you had a loss gettingtheresometime. They all count!:T
I'm going dancing tomorrow after a break of a month so maybe that'll help me lose this week.
I rarely eat yogurt bubbs but I can manage the thick Greek ones as a cream substitute. Other yogurts are too sloppy for me and I could never eat it on its own.
Commiserations on your defeat yesterday greetiger. We start again next Saturday but not looking forward to it. We've avoided all friendlies as we're very disillusioned with our club and football in general.:( Currently our best player is sulking like a spoilt child because he can't get his own way and go to Liverpool like all his mates! Was at the football ground this week buying tickets for a friend and there's a huge poster saying 'We're Moving Forward'. Joke!:rotfl:
Sorry to go off topic everyone. Maybe jumping up and down on my soapbox will be good Body Magic.:)
It's my anniversary next Sunday. It'll probably involve an off plan meal but I'll face that when we get there.
I've portioned up the Bolognese sauce for the freezer and kept out a portion for my lunch. Tonight's chicken is a pre-prepared joint with stuffing and skin but I'll take that off so syns will be minimal. I had gin last night joedenise. My plan is to do the same tonight as I'm not only saving syns but being very mse as I have quite a bit in stock.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: JP with Bolognese sauce (inc. Speed veg), blackberries and FF yogurtroast chicken, SW roasties, roast BNS, swede/carrot mash, greens
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, stuffing?, gin.

Afternoon,
sarah, for a breakfast on the go, i have been having tomato and cucumber... not ideal but great running out of the door... but expect strange looks as you eat a whole cucumber as you are driving!
I went out last night and had a mighty fall off the plan....... Gin bars need to be banned... so do Chinese set meals! OMG. Daren't get weighed....we were so drunk we only got up at 3 pm!
So today's meals are;
Tea - chicken, SW chips, tom and aubergine bake!
may nee to have breakfast later! lol100 -

For me, gin is the low syn option!:D I am disappointed though when places don't do slimline tonic. The current fashion for Fever Tree is a pain as their 'naturally light' has syns although it's better than full fat.
sarahj, when your fresh fruit is out of season you might want to try frozen berries. They're readily available in supermarkets and generally good value too.
I nipped to Home Bargains this afternoon and stocked up on a number of SW friendly items at very good prices. They had Savoury Rice (the free packs) and small tins of Pek Ham (also free) which are ideal for Austrian Ham Hash plus butter beans, tinned tomatoes and Heinz pickled cabbage. I also got a Romaine lettuce and some of their £1 packs of smoked, rindless bacon.0 -
