Hi everybody this will be my Friday menu plan...I will post my losses mid morning.
Well done everyone who has lost this week hugs to those that need them. Probably Me, I might need one.
Breakfast .. museli A/B mixed berries.
Lunch.. A Cheese on toast 6 syns with an egg on top , salad Apple
Dinner.. B. burger. Mash, mixed veg.gravy 2 syns clementine.
Extra f f yoghurt, 2 Ryvita/ butter 6 syns

Good morning all
Well done on the losses, as an beginner its good to see it working for those following the plan. It spurs me on even more.
Menu for today -
B - 2 cheese sticks and 2 alpen light A/B
L - left over spag Bol, no pasta though just the meat and sauce. Frozen mixed berries, Apple and grapes. Muller light.
D- unsure yet. I took out low fat turkey mince from the freezer. I'm thinking of doing a piri piri seasoned type of rice dish. We've got peppers and onions to use so I might just chuck it all in with stock and see what happens!
S - crab sticks
Exercise - 10,000 steps minimum as usual. I need to go and get a couple of bits in for the weekend so I'll be doing a good bit of walking today:money::rotfl::T0 -
STS for me this week - happy with that as I deserved a gain! A calmer week ahead hopefully so back on it properly this week.

WI last night.
Lost 6.5 lbs. Hazel lost 2 lbs and brought total to 1 & 1/2 Stone in 9 weeks.
Well done to all the other Losers. Keep trying those that STS or gained.
Thanks for all the tips about Diet drinks and other alternatives. Gots some good tips from my group and had another man join. Not many of us. Going to get my measurements done this afternoon and take some photos.
Have written up my training plan to follow for the next 6 weeks. Walking, Running, Biking, Exercises. Should give Hazel a few ideas.
Breakfast now Bitesize Shredded Wheat with Milk. This will be my A & B choices 50% of the week. Rarely have milk now so good source of Calcium for me. (Hard to only eat 30g of cheese more like 150g with lots of onion and doorstop bread) Love raw Onion and Garlic! (shame other people don't)
Dinner tonight is Fish, SW Chips, Peas, Shrooms, and salad.

Well done Merlin - another great loss; well done to Hazel as well. Wish I knew why men can lose much larger amounts than women!
Weather is looking better today - the wind has dropped a bit and really sunny. Hoping the wind drops completely this afternoon then I'll be able to sit out in the garden with my diet tonic, ice & a slice!
Today's plan:
B - melon, strawberries, quark
L - veggie omelette - onions, peppers, garlic, mushrooms and anything else I can find in the fridge!
D - tuna steaks, sauteed potatoes, brocolli, green beans & peas
HEA - milk
HEB - not planned but may have some bread & butter with the omelette or Ryvita this evening

Well done bubbs, beanie (I bet you're glad you resisted those thins!), wiz and Merlin - fab results!
Meal out last night was good - overall I made good choices as I had chicken and sweetcorn soup, vegetable tempura maki roll (only a few pieces had the the tempura- rest was just little pieces of avocado) and i had blackened salmon with steamed rice. I also had 3 spring rolls. So i was over syns but not massively so and nothing else planned until weigh day now so that's my treat night.
On the topic of coke/pepsi. I can't drink normal coke - it makes my teeth feel weird.. like they are corroding from the sugar haha I am a coke zero girl. I find Pepsi max/diet Pepsi far too sweet.
today's plan
Breakfast: 40g weetabix minis with 100ml milk and an apple
Lunch - Subway chicken tikka salad - 1syn for mayo which I will add myself. I will also have a fat free muller yogurt and some fruit.
Dinner- Count on Us Chicken Bacon and Mushroom Pie with beans and salad.
Syns - will see what little sweet treat I fancy l later this evening!

KATHRYN, hope you're feeling okay and that the docs goes okay.
I have my WI tomorrow so today is totally on plan. Yoghurt with fruit for breakfast. Mini egg muffins for lunch and tonight I'll make a big tray of my old faithful stuffed peppers which always keep me on track.
