Kathynha - sorry you're puking again :( are you feeling any better today?

Dinner: I am out for dinner tonight - Japanese restaurant.. I need to study the menu before I go and see what the best options are (probably fish and sushi) but I will have my full 15 syns plus whatever I didn't use yesterday to play with. I MUST NOT have dessert!!!

Feeling rather tired, sore and nauseaous today. Not the best but so far kept my food down. At the docs tomorrow, will be interesting to see what my bloods are like.

For Japanese the sushi is definitely best. Most is free food, and stuff like sesame seeds can be your healthy B

We call it Fat Coke/Pepsi or Fin Coke/Pepsi. Tried the Fin stuff years ago and hated it. I know the diet ones are free but I cannot do it. Will see how I go over the next month and if we have not drunk any will give them away.

Have you tried Coke zero or Pepsi max? They are free, but taste more like the full fat versions than the diet ones.

I know we are half way through the day, but todays plan:
    Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - chicken sandwich (was out and about, so not much choice of healthy stuff that appealed to me)
    Dinner - pasta

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
Syns - probably used them all at lunch time :(

Hello, just popping in with today's menu:

    B - Coffee and banana
D - SW Italian chicken soup (chicken, bacon, onion, carrots, lemon, chopped toms, passata, stock, herbs) with bread (no butter)
T - Speedy mushroom curry from freezer, with couscous
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - 2x WM crustless
    Syns - Sugar (4), Fab lolly (4), hot chocolate (2) = 10

Well done on grapes in the cinema Barrie! Get rid of the coke, it's just empty calories - what about some No Added Sugar squash, with some fizzy water, if it's the bubbles you like?

Commiserations Maman, you're so focused though, I'm sure it'll all come falling off next week.

I agree. It's the same with chilli. I think the meat marinates in the sauce.

I always use Bolognese as an opportunity for more Speed such that now I would find that I'd miss the veg. Typically I'd add diced carrot, courgette, peppers, celery and mushrooms.

Totally agree with chilli too I make that the day before. I've got a batch of that in the freezer as I normally make a really big batch of it then split it.
