  • Wow BEANIE, well done on the 3lbs. That's really good, I do love hearing people's losses.

My WI is Saturday, I'm hopeful but haven't been active at all today. I seem to have a bit of a summer lurgy. Nothing too crazy but enough to grind me to a bit of a halt. On the positive side, I made a recipe from Pinch of Nom today. It was mini egg muffins with cous cous. They were supposed to be large sized but I only have a mini tray so I now have loads in the fridge for tomorrow. They were simple to make and free. Yay!

That doesn't look like much to eat in a day! I'd be feeling hungry all day if I ate as little as that.

Ignore the cake - you don't need it.

I did not put quantities on.... lol!

I had a full pack of tomatoes, and a full cucumber. I did take a tine of beans for lunch but was chasing my tail all day so did not have chance to eat it.

I did eat the cucumber at the beginning of a meeting....to some strange looks!!

I have avoided the cake.. and had a yoghurt!

bubbs.. I am having a 4 days off work.....well I have a report to write in the morning..... I bet I eat like a gannet all the time!

I still have not got my head fully around them, but we are going out with friends tomorrow night for a chinese so need to be good.

I understand beef in black bean sauce is a good choice.

I need to do some research on starters.

And I will offer to be the designated driver - so diet coke is acceptable.

Me and OH figured out that my boobs are shrinking.... OH then concluded that our hands have just got bigger!!!
