Maman thank you for the syn value - i will have that tonight then for dinner after my PT session with some asparagus and green beans on the side.
And thank you for the telling off about my lack of speed- this is why you guys are great. keep me in order. :T

However, I can confirm that I ended up changing lunch a bit anyway - instead of having the tuna I had a packet of the m&s sweet smoky chicken (free) with the couscous and 1/3 of my plate was salad I also had some melon and a muller yoghurt.. I wish I knew how to upload pics on here so I could provide evidence hehe - is it just me or is it really really hard to use this site from your phone??? Is there an app or something that makes it easier? during the day i log in on work PC.
You need to use a hosting site , since photobucket is not free anymore:( i used postimage

Merlin I posted this a while ago re making curry with Pataks paste. They do various flavours/heat strengths and fewer syns than the sauces.

TG, I can’t find the recipe for the creole fish. ☹

beanie, I hope your poor face is getting better. I’m worried about wee penguins now; it’s the climate change!

kathrynha, thanks for sticking me on the chart. Glad your not being sick so often – that’s definitely a NSV!

    Congrats, losers.

    Hiya, more new peeps!

I’ve caught up now, but I didn’t make notes as I went along this time, so apologies if I’ve not commented on something I usually would.

I think it's good for people to try things without buying a whole packet. These thins are often recommended for SW. Mainly though I want them away from beanie :D

Tomorrow I'm going to have to go to WI a day early as I'm busy on Friday. Also I can't go until the evening. I won't have dinner until I get home but what do people do about lunch before evening WIs?
