After 10 days "off plan", and missing 2 weeks at SW group. I was very surprised to step off the scales last night with a 1 1/2 lb loss. :j

We also did nominations for SW "Woman of the Year".
I had a text this morning from my consultant so say I had been nominated! The final is next Monday (with a taster session)

Just 8 1/2 pounds until I reach my target of 10 1/2 stone.
I bought a 6 week countdownt n, and I hope to reach my target during this time :D

Fantastic achievement on so many levels.
    Be proud :j

Evening all you wonderful, focused, motivated wonderful people.

    welcome newbies x

    Congratulations all you losers x

Barry...... no one should say unkind things about your body. Then again my motto used to be when my OH saw me naked and said 'nah don't fancy it tonight, I would go on a diet' ........ that day never came!!!

Does anyone know how I can get back to the previous thread..... it is bugging me not knowing what I have lost this week!

    :D:D:D:D:D:D

Very happy with that, I wanted to loose 7 lbs in the first two weeks so hopefully I will lose another 2 lbs and achieve this for next Sunday!'

So I had lost 2 lbs last week!

I use slimming world curry sauce from Iceland its free, but i dont like a hot curry but you could add spices? i add mushrooms, onions, peppers and peas along with the chicken:D
When you've used up the curry sauce (if you must) you could try Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh. It's half a syn IIRC and as easy as a take away. I've got a good free recipe for HM pilau to go with it.

Thanks will google, 1/2 is not too bad, you will lose that next week x
I agree and maybe you'll lose even more after all the sickness. Pleased you've had your best day yet kathryna

I made an onion jam thing to add to the Speed with my dinner. I went a bit mad on
the chilli flakes but will do better next time.

I got back from hols on Saturday. I miss the sunshine and warm. Of course, I’ve missed you lot too. 16 pages to read is how much I’ve missed you! Anyway, well done losers – I see some of you have had milestone awards too. In beanie’s words, “Keep plodding” if your crawling uphill backwards. Hiya to all the newcomers too.

Can I jump into the challenge again, kathrynha, please? Put me down for 6lbs, she said optimistically 😊

kathrynha, I hope things are clearer for you now. I hope your system is coping better with the drugs, or that you are getting something to help. I hope your anti sickness drugs have kicked in now.

By now you’ll know that Norway is beautiful, MissTeach. Enjoy your break.

Sorry you’ve been off colour, maman.

    TIE, you’re a brave/mad lady! Ouch!

I’m planning a fish week next week, esmy, so that recipe will come in handy. Thanks.

Stopping for now at the end of p25; I’ll pick up again tomorrow.

    Good morning all,

I weighed myself this morning. I'm very pleased to see a slimming world first weigh in at 3.5lbs loss :)

    Meal plan for today -

    B - 2 alpen light (HexB), 2 scrambled eggs

L - tin of spaghetti hoops, 3 babybel light (HexA), tower of fruit which includes frozen mixed berries, Apple and green grapes

D - I've got a packet of Heck spring chicken sausages, which is anybody can confirm. I think they are 1 syn per 2 sausages? There's 10 in a packet so I will have 5 for 2.5 syns plus lots of vegetables and a jacket potato (if I have time to get it in)

S - crab sticks and maybe a cheeky 2 finger kit Kat (5.5 syns)

Exercise - clubbercise tonight plus a minimum 10,000 steps
