Welcome Merlin and SarahJ. Congrats Moneysaverme on SOTW and thanks again for the chart Kathrynha - a day without throwing up has to be good, whatever the scales say.

I have been very very naughty over the last few days. DD has moved house so we have deep cleaned 2x 2 bedroomed houses (the one she's leaving and the one she is moving to), lots of heaving boxes around and general running about. I'm exhausted, meals have been at funny times or non existent, and I have had serious carb cravings (to keep me going I think.) I can't guess what this will mean for weigh in - just hoping the body magic offsets it! Back on the straight and narrow for the rest of the week.

that meal looks lovely - HM burgers on my menu this week.

joedenise That's a good idea about the Food Bank, will have to look into that. I know a few people who will take the Apple Pies of us. :( Hazel has that new Sweet Dreams dessert book so I will be trying out some of them.

Curry sauces I have been looking at the ingredients and have come up with an idea to double the amount of meat and use spices to make one jar go to 2 curries. Cook it up and freeze half. We have to have a curry at least once a fortnight! Given up the poppadoms as too many sins.

maman Am trying to stop eating bread full stop in the end. I give it up when we go on holiday. When I am cooking I have a tendency to just put some Flora on a slice and take a bit of what's cooking and make a little snack out of it. 30 minutes later I have had 4 slices. I know its Will Power but I have the power just can never find Will! I chose the bread I did as its on the list of B choices. I was eating the Lidl seeded one but it was just so moreish! :D

Went out this afternoon and bought some Bitesize Shredded Wheat for another B choice and it will get me having milk as I rarely drink it. For years I was a black coffee and ciggy breakfast person. When I stopped smoking it was just the coffee. Have been doing the yougurts but my favourite Muller corner is very syny  So have now changed to a free food one.

Bubbs you could make a SW friendly pie in a pie dish topped with scrumpled up filo pastry - something like this?

I prefer this to normal pastry!

Google slimming world pasties. They are made with wraps that you can be counted as a healthy b. People are raving about them on Facebook. On phone so can't get you a link I'm afraid.

Half on for me tonight. Thought it would be more from how I'm feeling so rather relieved

After 10 days "off plan", and missing 2 weeks at SW group. I was very surprised to step off the scales last night with a 1 1/2 lb loss. :j

We also did nominations for SW "Woman of the Year".
I had a text this morning from my consultant so say I had been nominated! The final is next Monday (with a taster session)

Just 8 1/2 pounds until I reach my target of 10 1/2 stone.
I bought a 6 week countdown, and I hope to reach my target during this time :D
