    I could live with being stuck at STS but gaining everything I lost plus a bit more is so upsetting! But I have no one to blame but myself.

    I have pretty much written off today in all honesty but I am drinking lots of green tea and will go for a run tonight.

    I will be back on it tomorrow and will plan plan plan! x

    No i made them myself, 5% minced beef, Worcester sauce , paprika and a sprinkle of steak seasoning , i dont have onions, hubby does and add them after i have done mine:D

    BUBBS, that dinner looked so tasty. I'm massively hungry right now so seeing this hasn't helped! I'm imagining the burgers are veggie though.

    I'll have to make a really early dinner at this rate. In fact I think I'll have to start it now. Cannot wait any longer. Must. Eat. Food.

    No not veggie Lean mince 5% :D we have our tea soon, tonight we have linda McCartney sausages bacon, mushrooms, tinned spaghetti, grilled tomatoes and egg, i will also have my HEXB bread as toast , yum yum

    No, I mean I'm imagining them as veggie so I could eat them!! Been veggie for 20 years this summer actually. Wish I could give up unhealthy food just as easily! Enjoy your tea!
