    I bought some more YS turkey mince yesterday so I've made a few more of these rissoles:

    They're really moreish. Last time I made them only about 2 got to a plate, the rest I grazed on. As ever I've freely adapted the recipe. I used the mince, couscous, spring onions then a range of dried herbs/spices and some chives because that's what I had available. I'll cook them along with the roasties later.

    I had them tested.... they said I needed glasses for reading, just need to get glasses now! :D:D:D:D

    Good evening the weekend has gone so quick we had a small thunder and lightning storm but it wasn't too bad.i am just settling down with a brew and doing my menu for Monday...E. E Day.

    Breakfast..Oats so simple A/B mixed berries.

    Lunch..vegetable soup.ham salad.light salad cream 2 syns. Clementine.

    Dinner..salmon salad few chips light salad cream 2 syns..

    Extra.. Apple. clementine.2 crackerbread / Butter 5 syns.
