    Hi everyone!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. We are off to Buffet Island in about an hour, as we couldn't be bothered to cook today.

We don't have much food in at all - shopping delivery coming tomorrow night.

Managed to lose 1lb at group yesterday, so that meant I was 2lb away from the top end of my target, which I was quite pleased about.

Have decided to make the Dopiaza curry that's in the SW fakeaway book, so had to put the stuff I need on the shopping order.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend! :)

:hello:Great to see you Shala and good to have you (and Mr Moo) back on board.
I put on half a stone in June too. :(
So far I've only managed to shift a pound but I'm working on it.

Are you planning to ask the gender topgirl? I think you're doing so well to not be tempted to 'eat for two'.:T

I certainly am, we only have a two bedroomed house but our room is huge so a stud wall would do us if needs be.

I have definitely increased my portion size but am doing my best not to overdo it, I'd quite like to be the same size ish once I've given birth, I had room in my fat jeans before so I know I have room for gain, but if I can, I'd like to stay around this weight.

I'm not obsessing and am listening to my body, the only significant change is making sure I have my 2 HEXAs.

    Hi all,

Many thanks for the noodle info. I checked the online syn value and the following is true -

Amoy straight to wok rice noodles
Amoy straight to wok ribbon rice noodles
    Amoy Udon thick noodles

All 150 gram pouches, all FREE

Other straight to wok noodles have a few syns but only a couple, so all in all they seem a pretty good option. I'm making the stir fry tonight, if I like it then i can see it being a really option for a low syn meal.

Welcome back Shala, I hope things are on the up for you.

Well, after my success of yesterday I seemed to have had too much celebratory chocolate. I get the multi packs of Freddos but find it impossible to stop at one. Think it's time to cancel them off the shopping list. If It's not in the house then I can't eat it. For this reason I don't buy biscuits that I like, I get milk choc digestives for husband but don't touch them because I don't like them at all.

Anyway, enough rambling. Keep trying hard all x

Nah.... no way...... I wished...... the week before the chart began I lost some weight - but cannot remember what (I cannot remember if this is between 3-5lbs)..... and then there is the fact I cannot see the scales properly but can count 2 notches up from the stone mark!

I need to buy glasses or a posh set of scales....but I have been saying this for a while and I am a tight a**!

Back from weekend away and wasn't too bad synwise; probably only about 10 syns over so easy enough to pull back during the week.

    Today's plan:

    B - Croissant 8.5
L - BBQ steak with garlic butter & salad - didn't eat the steak as wasn't very nice so not counting any syns
D - slow cooked shoulder of lamb with carrots & onions (from freezer); new potatoes, swede, green beans

    HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but may have a couple of Ryvitas later with butter
    Syns - 8.5 + 2 (if I have the Ryvitas)

Well done to all the losers, Welcome to new people and welcome back Shala - good to see that you and Mr Moo have decided you need to get back to healthy eating. It won't take you long to shift that 1/2 stone.

Hope you're all right. I'd be comfort eating too if that happened to me. Wishing you well.
