    Hi everyone,

I put on a pound this week so its +1lb for me.

TBH its well deserved as I've kindof lost my way a bit lately. Lots going on at work and at home and I just cannot control my sweet tooth.

Well done to all of you that are sticking to plan

That's quite a milestone (excuse pun;)). Congratulations on your shiney!:T

Sorry to hear you gained ruthy. Where do the sweet treats come from to tempt you? Can you avoid them?

I used straight to wok before and then checked the syns:o they wasnt free?

They vary with brand which is why I stick to Amoy Udon (not all Amoy noodles are free) or my new find these Chef Kwo ones from Home Bargains at just half a syn a pouch which I often share with DH.

Are you planning to ask the gender topgirl? I think you're doing so well to not be tempted to 'eat for two'.:T

I put a vegetable chilli in the SC before I went out last night. I've portioned it up for the freezer this morning and kept one out for my lunch.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with veggie chilli and cottage cheese
D: HB steaks (mushrooms and onions) with SW roast potatoes and parsnips plus various Speed veg
    Syns: gin:D

    Hi all

Hope everyone's keeping well.. we're still having some ups and downs in the Moo household but I've decided (and OH too) that it's time to kick our butts back into shape and start eating healthily again!

So i'll be joining in again from tomorrow, potentially put on half a stone or more since leaving group back in June. There have been many takeaways and eating out lately due to tiredness and generally can'tbearsedness so this needs to stop or i'll be back up to my starting weight from last year.

Haven't decided whether to brave class or not yet, so i'll probably just go it alone for a bit with the help of you lovely lot, at least until I get back down to what I was when I left!

Look forward to catching up with you all xxxx
