Same here wiz. I have to be pleased that it's a loss and going in the right direction ........

but I have been very good so would have hoped for more.

Were out tonight for drinks and canapes followed by dinner and then out again tomorrow with friends again at a restaurant. Short of being a social recluse there's not a lot I can do. I'll just have to make the wisest choices I can and then be good for the rest of the week which looks quite clear. I fear this is going to be a long haul.:(

Hi everyone - well done on the losses everyone. Maman STS is not bad when you were catching up! Next week will be much better I'm sure!
I have drinks with work tonight. It will be a struggle to stay on plan for sure, in fact I know I won't! Last week was much easier as I only really had one foodie/drinkie night out. This week there are 3! As i was off plan on Wed and then I am meeting a friend for dinner and drinks on Monday too. Will have to make good choices if I don't want to gain what I've lost and even more so if i want to see another loss. It is disheartening when a day off plan causes a small gain. I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but i can't help myself!

TIE are you feeling any better this afternoon?

    Tete - I hope the whole day isn't a write off.. !!

Kathrynha - how's the sickness? have you managed to get through a day without being sick yet?

Have a lovely weekend on all xx

    Feeling poorly :(

Had a bad turn the other day, think it was low blood sugar. I'd had lunch but when walking dog felt very fuzzy. Was walking like a drunk and collapsed on sofa then slept for couple of hours (after eating chocolate). Had another whilst having tattoo, had glucose tab and felt better. Again slept when home. Today have had tummy issues and again have slept (in between toilet visits :o).
Have Dr appointment but not for couple of weeks (earliest appointment ).

Feeling so tired, just want to cry
I was like this yesterday cause of that bloomin rice but my sugar was too high:eek:
Hope you have got an appointment and are feeling a bit better?
    Are you diabetic?

TIE I can only say what the others are saying and DON'T wait go immediately it is not safe, go now, go somewhere. Fingers crossed to will be ok.xx:)

Kathrynha, I have lost 1lb :T not too bad considering that sometimes I haven't eaten correctly with the weather being warm. Although, these last couple of days it has rained. It's still warm.
Congrats to all who have lost and hugs and bigger hugs to those that really need them..Hope you're feeling better too Kathrynha.
I am just sat here waiting for my Asda order to be delivered. I love it when it all arrives he, he, :rotfl: :j:j
    :T:T:T well done

    Morning everyone.

Can only echo what others have said TIE and make sure you see Dr somewhere today - two weeks is no good when you're feeling so poorly. Shouldn't say this really but exaggerate if you need to. I'm not a great Dr botherer but I have just turned up before now and refused to move till I've been seen, usually when the children were little rather than for me.

Well my scales today show a 5.5lb loss this week, which just goes to show that last weeks gain wasn't what it seemed. So, a net loss over two weeks of 1lb which includes a weeks holiday, more normal for me. More fish last night in an adapted Jamie Oliver fish pie recipe - very easy and delicious - and around 2 syns for the low fat creme fraiche in the sauce. Can quark replace it I wonder???Can't find the recipe to post a link but I'll post it separately if anyone's interested.

Some good losses this week. Joedenise a 3 month holiday sounds wonderful - did I read your post right?? Can't help on breakfast ideas Kathrynha but I wouldn't worry about cooking your miso noodles at work. I had a colleague who cooked very smelly fish in the microwave - the whole place smelled for a week..
    :j:j:j well done

It's a shame that it's for health reasons but it must mean lots of your meals are close to SP. That's good.

Feeling a bit more cheerful now. I got dressed to go out and I feel quite thin.:D
