Hello all,
Well after being stuck on STS for many weeks, I finally seem to be on the move again. My WI is not til Saturday but the scales are moving in the right direction today. Either they were stuck for ages or I have finally managed to remove myself from my plateau!
Who knows, but I'm not complaining. Hopefully I'll report in with good news on Saturday. I'm trying to set goals of 5lbs at a time and at the minute I feel like I'm on a proper push down to the next 5 lb marker.
Fingers crossed x
Ps the only thing I've been doing differently is drinking a lot more water. There were a few comments recently on here about this so thought I would give it a try. I drink a fair bit anyway but I've made a conscious effort to up my intake.Weight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

Well done denise . :TI can only dream of seeing the bottom of my target range at the moment.:(
I think the pork should be fine bubbs you'll obviously be removing all visible fat so that should make it free.
What about sausages like LM Rosemary and red onion for breakfast kathryna or can you have baked beans?
We've been out today and DD chose Zizzi. Not much SW friendly but I did my best. I had a mixed salad with pan fried salmon. Salad had a pesto dressing and a bit of avocado with the leaves. I was very good and stuck to diet tonic.
Today's EE menu :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast (half), 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk
L: salmon and saladLO chicken casserole without chicken
Syns: pesto and avocado
WI tomorrow, I don't feel thin at all0 -
Maman~~Not too worry.

Thanks Maman. It's difficult to get SW friendly food at a lot of places. I was fortunate when I ate out as was able to get some good choices. At one place I chose a crab salad (was in Norfolk so probably Cromer crab) which was the biggest and best crab salad I've ever had. It came with plain boiled potatoes and people couldn't believe I was asking where my potatoes were because they didn't come at the same time as the salad (we were out with a big group of people!). I don't think they thought I'd be able to eat all the salad yet alone the potatoes!
I'm sure you'll be OK at WI tomorrow but good luck. You are always telling others on here "what goes on quick comes off quick" - hope it works for you this week.
