Inner wrist, Manchester bee :D black & purple though. At the moment looks all black but hope purple eventually shows through. Can just see it if I hold wrist in a certain light lol

5.5lb off. Spewing your guts up all the time is good for weight loss. Got my 3.5 certificate too

A great loss but not a nice way to do it! Hope you're feeling a bit better now. I know you're still being sick but hopefully things will improve.

Well done on losses especially you kathryna . You deserve that loss after all you've been through. :A

DH and I decided to go out for the day. We went to a stately home and fortunately they had JPs in the cafe. I had plenty of spare syns anyway. Came home and made a quick cheat's stuffed marrow. I cut the marrow in rings, fill with savoury mince and bake with cheese on top.

You're very brave having a tattoo tie , I don't even have pierced ears! :D

    Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: JP with prawn and good amount of salad
    D: Stuffed marrow
Syns: squirt of syrup, mayo, cheese

I'm still not feeling any thinner :(

Wouldn't have had it without the aid of Dr Numb cream, didn't feel a thing (did have to lay down due to feeling faint but think that was low blood sugar, have Drs appointment as keeps happening).

P.s... I know what it means but why does everyone call it "star week".. I have seen it a lot online and have always wondered what it stems from?!!

Ceycey1980 and kathrynha (sorry, don't know how to multi-quote).
It is called star week because "in the olden days"(? before consultants had ipad/used notepad and pen/something else,ie not recently),when weighing,or during group talk-not sure which.......if a lady explained that weight gain etc might be fluid due to their period,it was marked in the system by an asterix,so it became known as Star Week. Now you know.

    Today's menu:

    Breakfast:apple,apricot,pear

    Lunch: ham slices,eggs,spring onion,tiny bit of onion,tomatoes,beetroot,red pepper,2 tabs mayonnaise (1 syn)

Tea: sweet potato wedges, hash browns (6 syns),bacon,an egg.

HEA: skimmed milk in cups of tea

    HEB: 2 Hifi bars
    SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76
    Pinecone £301,Valued Opinions £10.50
