How's everyone getting on today? I am definitely having a hungry day today but trying to keep it reigned in! Weigh day tomorrow.. aghhh!!

Not doing too bad today. Only thrown up once.
Weigh in for me tonight. Didn't weigh in last week. Not sure how it will be. Been throwing up and not eating much, but one drug has the side effect of weight gain, one has the side effect of weight loss, and another has the side effect of water retention. Also totally stopped on the body magic. Not got a clue what the scales are going to say. Add to that, it's star week :(

Thanks Kathrynha for the chart. Hope you look out for my losses I can't do Red and Bold Sorry !

I try to spot all the losses, started writing down on a bit of paper whenever I read one. Saves me trawling back through the thread when I have the spreadsheet open.
Do point out if I ever miss one though.

Sorry you are still throwing up and sorry you have to deal with all those side effects. Hope the anti-sickness meds kick in soon so that you can feel more like yourself again.

P.s... I know what it means but why does everyone call it "star week".. I have seen it a lot online and have always wondered what it stems from?!!

The anti-sickness drugs are kicking in. Throwing up only once is a definite improvement :)

Don't know why it's called star week. It's a term for it I've only heard at slimming world.

    Meal plan for today:-

Lunch - a portion of SW lasagne using all of my HexA allowance for the cheese with some salad followed by some watermelon

Dinner - having a coconut and lime and lemongrass escalope from M&S.... not sure what I will have it with yet. Probably some rice or noodles.
