GoodnessGraciousMe,2.5 stone by the end of the year is very doable.I started back at SW (for the third time :whistle:) on 9th April,and with my loss tonight,have had a total loss of 2 stone 3lb.Another 4lb,and I will be back in target range.SPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

As mentioned,had weigh-in tonight,and had 2lb loss :j. I asked at group tonight,and it was confirmed that I stop paying as soon as I get back into target range(4 lb).I don't have to hit the actual target weight itself.
Today's menu:
Breakfast: bacon,eggs,tomatos,beans.Couldn't be bothered preparing and frying up onions this morning,which I also usually have.Followed by a pear
Snack: an apricot
No lunch
Tea: chilli con carne with rice,cheese (3 syns),and Doritos (3 syns),creme fraiche (1 syn)
Snack: popcorn (2.5 syns)
HEA: skimmed milk in cups of tea
HEB: 2 hifi barsSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Another day, so another plan to try and aim for.
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Lunch -pasta salad
Dinner - HM pot noodle
Snacks - cereal bars and aldi quavers (same ones I I brought to work yesterday and then took home)
HA - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - salad dressing (1), Miso (0.5), quavers (3), boiled sweets
Hoping the boiled sweets to suck on will help me not to be sick. If they work they are worth however many syns they are!Zebras rock0 -

And it means I am now 1 stone exactly away from Target!

WJN - you're nearly there now. It'll be gone in no time.
Having an unplanned SP day today, as in I didn't realise it was SP until after I'd planned it!
B -scrambled eggs on toast; bowl of mixed fruit
L - carrot & lentil soup
D - pork & herb meatballs; ratouille
HEA - milk
HEB1 - bread
HEB2 - still to have - perhaps some Ryvita, quark, ham & cucumber
Again no syns so far but will have some this evening.

Meal plan for today:-
Breakfast - I had a sausage and egg toasted sandwich using 2 x no crust kingmill and i spread some Peanut Butter powder on the third no crust slice ( my HexB)
Lunch - a portion of SW lasagne using all of my HexA allowance for the cheese with some salad followed by some watermelon
Dinner - having a coconut and lime and lemongrass escalope from M&S.... not sure what I will have it with yet. Probably some rice or noodles.
Syns - 4.5 for the sausage
1.5 milk in my coffee
0.5 ketchup
0.5 for the chicken escalope
And will have something sweet later...
How's everyone getting on today? I am definitely having a hungry day today but trying to keep it reigned in! Weigh day tomorrow.. aghhh!!0 -
