Afternoon all.
Well, I'm confused! Came back from hols on Thursday, weighed Friday as usual and scales showed a gain of 4.5lbs:eek:! Which would have meant I'd really lost the plot on holiday. I didn't, apart from perhaps more alcohol than usual on a couple of days. Weighed this am and now showing a half pound gain. I definitely haven't lost 4lbs in two days so not sure what's going on. I replaced the battery in my scales recently and wonder if there's a fault?? So I won't record a weight this week, if that's OK, and see where I'm at next Friday.
Well done all the losers, keep plodding gainers, and my best wishes to those unwell at the moment.0 -
Lost 1.5 lbs :j0

That's great tweets .Delighted for you! :T
Sometimes you can retain water travelling esmy . Some people get puffy ankles. Maybe that's why you showed the gain. Getting back on plan should soon sort it out. That's what I'm telling myself anyway.0 -
Back home from holiday and straight back on plan. Have weighed myself and looking as though I've only put on a couple of pounds - just hope the scales are still OK. Will see what they say Thursday morning before making a decision on whether to weigh or not this week!
Sorry to hear the treatment is making you so ill Kathrynha. Hope the drugs to stop the sickness start working quickly. Glad you have been able to get hold of some before next week.
Have only really skim read so apologies if I've missed anything.
You'll soon have that gain off Maman with the amount of Speed to you eat! Maybe try a few SP days as well?
Today's plan:
B - bacon, eggs & mushrooms
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich using LTL mayo instead of spread (HEB + 0.5)
D - roast poussin; roast potatoes; mixed veg & cabbage. Splash of gravy (0.5)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - mayo (0.5); gravy (0.5); wine 15
Glad to be getting back to eating plenty of veg, although haven't got much at the moment (not even frozen). Definitely need to do some shopping but need to meal plan first and want to start using up some of the meat in the freezer.
Back to the washing now! Have done 3 loads (1 of which is dry and ready to go away) plus a load of towels & teatowels in the machine now. Think that's going to the last one for tonight.
Just starting raining quite heavily now - hope it's not raining tomorrow as would like to get some of the washing out on the line rather than an airer or using tumble dryer.

Good to have you back denise . I've missed you.
So you've read about my horrific gain from my holiday. I'm feeling much more positive now. I'm not expecting to get back to target all in one week but if I can have a loss, any loss, this week I'll be happy.
Sounds like any gain you've had is quite normal. You've done well to get straight back on plan.0 -
Didn't have the wine in the end :halo:
I had butternut squash ravioli in three cheese sauce and a gorgeous fish, new potatoes, salsa verde and salad. And two diet cokes
Today has been thoroughly on plan too:
B - Bacon, egg and mushroom toastie
D - Mugfull (1) and an apple
T - Some Cajun thing that Top Man createdIt had a bit of chorizo in it and half a tub of LoLo, but well within syns, there's loads left too.
I'll have a pint of milk before bed again.
Tomorrow is
B - Overnight oats once I get to work
D - Potato, leek and bacon soup, an apple and some low syn crisps
T - Whatever Top Man makes as he's got the day off
Pint of milk before bed.
Body magic is just moving round the place at the moment, it all seems like an effort!0
