Well done Wizkid on your loss. Hugs for Maman and Orlao on your gains.
Thanks for all your kind and caring words.
Managed to throw up only twice today and feeling really tired and yukky. All expected side effects, but got a prescription for some drugs to help a bit, but pharmacy has had to order them, so won't get them till next weekZebras rock0 -

They're not a very common drug. They rang round about 10 local pharmacies while I was in there.Zebras rock0

That's not good having to wait kathryna . At least you can take it easy over the weekend. I hope so anyway.
I know I can't turn it all around this week but I'm going to give it my best.
I was out for lunch today and I had steak and salad with new potatoes. I did what all the consultants say and had dressing served separately and no butter on the potatoes. I had about 2 tsps of dressing and 2 pub measures of gin.
I went shopping and the trolley was groaning with Speed!
For dinner we're having fish parcels with sweet potato chips and loads of Speed.

Wi with gain (again ) .5lb. I know it's only a half but it's still a gain. I don't feel like I've gained, in fact quite the opposite. My (not) 10s are loose again and my tummy is flatter looking now than it has been in a long time. I even turned down a mini magnum at a colleagues leaving lunch on Thursday :A. Oh well, the good news is No more work until September 4th :j:j:j:j
I was also told I will be following a dream of a child into year 1 for afternoons (as well as my other 1-1 in mornings) so that's cheered me up :rotfl:
Hope everyone has a good weekend. Despite the weather! Persisting down here and dog wants a walkIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Happy holidays tie. And that's good news about next year too.:)
Strangely my stomach feels flatter too. I wish the scales agreed.
I'm trying to up the water a bit today to help shift those unwanted pounds. Saved quite a few syns yesterday having just 2 gin & slimlines rather than usual wine so that should be a buffer to stop me going over syns this week. Normally I can afford to go a little over and maintain but need to be stricter now to get back into range.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEA milk for drinks
L: probably JP with cottage cheese, spring onions and beetrootLamb Rogan Josh with extra mushrooms, HM pilau and I'll probably buy a punnet of raspberries or strawberries to graze on to up the Speed
Syns: weekend wine:)
Decided this morning that the Kingsmill wholemeal we had is very boring and tasteless. I know we like Burgen Soya & Linseed but any other recommendations for small loaves with a bit more body and crunch? I know it won't be very mse but it's worth paying IMO as I have so little.0
