    Hello everyone, my Friday menu plan.

    Breakfast. Bran flakes a/b strawberries

    Lunch.. beans, and Egg on toast 6 syns raspberries / banana

    Dinner.. chicken salad light salad cream 2 syns few crispy baked potatoes.

    Extra f f yoghurt. 2 crispbreads/butter 5 syns.clementine.
    13 syns.
    Will post any losses later Friday morning.

    I don't have them often (HEB usually goes on toast or cereal) but Alpen Lights or Aldi Benefit bars are a good alternative if you don't go to group.
