As far as SW is concerned I'm trying to do some sp days.....struggling isn't the word!
The only SP days I've ever had are when we have cottage pie with a swede & carrot topping. I got close last week with a carrot & (minimal) potato mash with sausages. On reflection I don't think sausages count as pure protein. It's dinner without carbs that are hardest I find. Mostly I just try to have some SP meals when I can. It all helps.0 -

Don't blame you at all Kathryn, so sorry to hear your news. You've done so well working on your health these last few months with everything you had to contend with, you're stronger than you think. Just keep taking each day as it comes xxx

B - Mushroom omelette

T - Salad with pine nuts and pumpkin seeds
HEA - Milk
HEB - Pine nuts and pumpkin seeds

Basically the same as yesterday as I have the rest of all the ingredients to use up. The joys of spinsterhood. Finished on 14 syns yesterday as I found a half-melted Kinder mini bar thing in my handbag and couldn't resist.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Hopefully there won't be any more where that came from! Not posting a meal plan for today. Just not in the mood for meal plans at the moment
I'm sure that's true but you must eat. Look after yourself.:A
This afternoon is going to need considerable willpower. I'm meeting up with some old friends for tea. It was to have been in a restaurant but now it's at someone's home. In a restaurant I could just order a pot of tea and that would be an end to it. Now here are likely to be lots of HM cakes floating around. I hope it won't look rude to refuse (if I can).:(
Today's EE plan (and I hope to stick to it):
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA ilk for drinks
L: small JP with cottage cheese and pickled red cabbage
savoury mince, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
Syns: anything I can't resist (but it won't be a melted Kinder egg!:D).0 -
