    Saver-upper I could never have resisted a crepe!! :A

    Well done Beanie!!

How are you feeling today Kathryn? xx

Morning all, Happy Friday! Pleased to report a 3lb loss after three days back on plan - feeling so much better psychologically too for watching what I put in my body.

    Today's plan:
B - Coffee (3), Muller Light, watermelon chunks
D - Bacon, egg, roasted cherry toms, mushrooms, maybe some beans
T - Might be going out in which case it'll be off-plan, but will get a SW ready meal in on standby
    HEA - Milk
HEB - Not sure, Alpen Light?
Syns - Sugar (4), hot choc (2), then whatever I have for tea if needed.

    Have a great day everyone!

Well done Ruthy, Beanielou and Tete on your losses
How are you feeling today Kathryn? xx

Feeling not too bad this morning, but not eaten anything yet today. Have managed to keep a cup of tea down though which is good. I'm told the side effects can reduce after a few weeks, but there are drugs I can take to deal with the side effects if they get too bad.

Plan for today is to eat and keep it down. Not going to stick to plan, because I think I need the energy from food, and the speed food is not going to have enough. Going to try and stick to free foods though as opposed to lots of syns.

Lovely to read through the thread this morning and see so many of you reporting great losses - well done! Definitely an incentive to keep my head in the game so that I can also report a loss come Wednesday!
Ceycey - I found freezing hifi bars helps me ...otherwise its two bites and they're gone!

I don't have them often (HEB usually goes on toast or cereal) but Alpen Lights or Aldi Benefit bars are a good alternative if you don't go to group.

gettingtheresometime and maman Thank you both for the tips- I do have the Alpen Light bars but the Hi Fi bars seem to be so much more interesting! I will have to get my hands on some at some point just to see!

MissTeach - thanks for the details of the coconut coffee! I will check it out!

So, last night, I ended up opting for a Alpro Soya Chocolate dessert (5 syns) with a chocolate digestive thin (1.5) and mini meringue nest (1) crumbled into it abnd topped off with some chopped up strawberries and some low fat squirty cream (1.5). It was yummy!

    Today's menu

Breakfast: 3 x kingsmill no crust wholemeal toast topped with philly light (part HexA) smoked salmon and some cucumber
Lunch - not sure yet but aim is for is it to be syn free as I am out for dinner and drinks tonight!(danger danger!! )
Dinner - so going to a steak house and it's a steak:doh: and lobster deal.. so the aim is to try and pick some low syn sides. Also this deal includes a glass of champagne and a key lime pie uh ohhhh.:j Luckily nothing full on planned for the rest of the weekend in terms of food/drink so should be able to reign in any damage caused by tonight!

Have a lovely Friday everyone! x

Many congratulations to ruthy, beanie, tete and wiz!:T:T:T:T

All losses since I last posted. Well done!

I wish I could say the same for me:(. I went to WI and was horrified to see a gain of 7lbs!:eek::eek:
I knew I'd gained but that's ridiculous. Goodness only knows how heavy I was 2 weeks ago when I got back from holiday.

So, of course, I'm out of target range and need to get my act together. It won't help that I'm out to lunch today. I had intended to have healthy choices but now I'm 100% determined. After today I have no meals out planned until next Friday so really hoping to put a dent in it.

Meal planning today will be very serious;).

    Hello everyone,

I think that i forgot to report a -1lb for last week but unsurprisingly after a week of excess (but it was fun :p) this week was a 4lb gain.

Sorry to hear your news Kathrynha, hugs for you.

High five to all the losers and any STSers and the gainers are welcome to join me on the naughty step...

Yeah.. so... predictably.. I did not have my planned syn free lunch (probably because it was not planned at all (fail to prepare and prepare to fail and all that!!). BUT I did choose a fairly low cal Chef's Italian salad from Pret (low cal but 9 syns! what the helllllll).. anyway nevermind... this weekend I will be an angel to make up for it! Also unlike what I usually do when I go off slightly off plan, I have still written down everything I've eaten and synned it etc.

Well keeping track is something at lease Ceycey.

Yikes Maman! But sometimes a fright can be the best thing for determination, I'm sure you'll be back at target in no time.

Well done Wiz! Eeek Orlao! But at least you enjoyed yourself!

Drugs for your drugs Kathryn! Hope you're managing to eat something today, even if it's not free. Your overall health and energy levels are more important x

I am off out for tea tonight after all and will be off plan, but no other plans for the rest of the weekend so I'm going to spend some time getting some batch cooking done :)
