    :T bubbs Congratulations!

You and Hazel did well merlin . It's bound to be the alcohol at the weekend and the time visiting your son that had its effects but it's still a good l.:)

All considered I don't think tonight was too bad. It was a fancy buffet, not a sausage roll in sight! I had a big heap of salad leaves with a couple of chicken satays (more like kebabs) and a couple of lamb kofte. They should have been fairly low syn. I ignored the sandwiches, garlic bread, onion bhajis and puddings. I had 3 small glasses of wine. I'm allowing 30 syns.

Back on plan tomorrow, well my weekend gin plan which is quite low syn. ;)
Thanks it did reallt boost me i jumped off the scales:rotfl::rotfl:
You did very well at buffet

    Evening all :)
Bubbs, tomorrow will be the 4th Asda store I have visited and I'm yet to find the wraps :D also tried Tesco and Morrisons with no luck :( I've chased all over the East Midlands looking for them :D

Busy old day today- I've been trying on some clothes for fit to gauge how I'm doing. A size 20 outfit in Primark looked okay- still got a little bit further to go but that encouraged me. Unsure what the weekend will bring- I may either be in Rotherham on Sunday or Coventry Monday night- depending on whether the player I sponsor who is on loan to my club is playing for us or his own club. I hope it will be for us! Either way it will be difficult food wise- just need to try and keep focused.

    Today's menu:
B: HEXB overnight oats, decaf coffee with 1/2 HEXA s/s
L: Omelette with ham, mushroom and onions, salad, water
T: SW ready meal with green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, cauli, carrots. Apple, peach, water
S: Fab lolly (4 syns) 3 Crackerbreads with other half HEXA Laughing Cow Light and 3 SW sausages (3 syns) HiFi Light (3 syns)
    Syns: 10
    Steps: 10.5k
    Night all xx
Where abouts East Midlands? you are probably too far away from me the bigger asda have thm

Evening, all. It’s been a lovely day here today, warm and mostly sunny for a change.

I see the grumpy one is not leaving you, maman. I imagine you don’t know whether to laugh or cry! As you know I’m a social person too, so I’m with you on enjoying food when out and about. I tend to have cake or choc syns as I don’t drink alcohol of any kind – I just never acquire the taste, so gave up trying!

Hope all goes well with DH’s doc appt and you can get off and enjoy your break, Denise.

Brilliant, bubbs (twice). Good work, merlin.

A better day today – just as well as I’ll be out for lunch again tomorrow.

Breakfast: hexb All Bran with ML vanilla yogurt with dark choc sprinkles, banana
Lunch: hm cockaleekie soup, ½ wee slice naked bread (3), pear
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese, parmesan (1 ½ ), L&F peach & passion fruit yogurt
Snacks : toty pancake with jam (6)
    Hexa cheese & grapes
    Thankyou :D
I have taken on your gin diet!

-1lb loss... but full of fluid so hoping for a good loss next week.... I do hate being a woman sometimes!
    :T:T:T:T well done:D

D: sausage, fried onion, carrots, mash, cauli, broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, gravy, 2 for sausages, gin:D

    Hi all
Bubbs, I've tried Asda Leicester Fosse Park, Asda Coalville, Asda Burton upon Trent, Asda Leicester Abbey Lane, Tesco Leicester Beaumont Leys, Tesco Ashby- mum has also tried Asda Newcastle Regent Centre, Asda MetroCentre Gateshead and Tesco Extra Newcastle Kingston Park. I'm going to try the Asda hypermarket at West Bridgford in Nottingham when I'm over that way on Sunday morning on my way to the rugby.
Next week I plan on trying Asda Leicester Oadby and Thurmaston- although frankly if I can't get em at West Bridgford I will abandon all hope :D especially as I'm going to be there around opening time :D

I did manage to get some Broghies today though- they're allegedly as difficult to get hold of as the WW wraps as only selected Iceland stores in certain parts of the country are doing them- however I got so excited at finally finding something in such short supply I bought 4 bags- ooops :D I've offered some to my group to try and also to OH who loves anything Irish so I've told him to help himself :D

I tried some clothes on today as I'm sorely limited in my wardrobe choices right now (I'm struggling to find anything that fits- getting a little fed up now!) and I had to giggle when I tried a tracksuit on in Yours and I looked like MC Hammer :D Also a size 22 shirt drowned me- normally in shirts I need at least a 26! I got a lightweight hoodie to go with my new denim leggings from Next. I'm off to Rotherham on Sunday so I thought I best get some stuff suitable for rugby as it's too warm for my big hoodies yet and none of my summer stuff fits :D

Today's menu has been a bit rubbish as I've been out most of the day.
I know- can do better :D

B: Apple, 2 x mini easy peelers, HEXB HiFi bars, HEXA Alpro choc soya drink + 1.5 syns
L: Sushi (1.5 syns) Apple, grape and strawberry pot, litre of sparkling water
T: Jacket spud, Stagg vegetable chilli, salad, raspberries and Light and Free yoghurt, water
S: Broghies (4 syns) with John West sweet chilli salmon Infusion pot (1.5)
    Syns: 8.5
    Steps: 8126
Hugs to all who need them and love to you all xx
