Well the weather has been rubbish here. Went out earlier as I had a dentist appointment but I had to nip to the bank to pay in a cheque first- and the heavens opened! I've got the heating on tonight- it's freezing! Went in search of some of the elusive WW wraps after my appointment- no luck but I got some lovely plump raspberries which I've used in my overnight oats for tomorrow- half price in Mr T's. Also got some frozen strawberries which seem surprisingly good!
Maman- yes I will have a hood- I don't do blouses or shirts but I'm assured the hoods are secured with velcro so no pins needed :)
Beanie- don't worry I'm going for flats or a very low heel :)

    Today's menu:
B: Peach, Apple, HEXB x 2 HiFi Light, HEXA Alpro choc soya drink + 1.5 syns
L: Chicken and mushroom stir fry (2.5 syns) sparkling water
T: Salt and chilli Quorn, broccoli, carrot, cauli. Quark + 2 sachets Options (5 syns) NAS pink lemonade
    S: Wotsits (4.5) peppermint tea
    Syns: 13.5

    Night all xx
If ita any help the WW wraps are on offer for 75p in asda and each store i have been in have loads:T:T

Decided to WI this morning and managed a STS. Pleased with that as I definitely reined it in after the weekend.

Holiday plan changed as DH has to go see the doctor again in a couple of week:( so we're going to get away for the weekend tomorrow. Have changed our travel date to the afternoon he's seeing the doctor - just hope the Dr is OK about him travelling.

    Today's plan:

    B - 2 hifi bars (HEB)
    L - spanish omelette
D - LO lamb in gravy which we didn't have yesterday (1 syn)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - hifi bars
Syns - gravy 1; not sure what else at the moment

Will need to do some more shopping as only got enough to last until Tuesday!

    Denise

Sorry your holiday has been postponed :( still got it forward too look too:D
Maman you cant help it if you are a socialite:D:D

Went to WI this evening and I had my smallest loss. Only 1.5lb I know lots of you would be pleased with this but for me its poor. I did get SOTM :j
Hazel lost another 3 lbs and SOTW :j

On top of this I won the raffle. Could not make up my mind which of the 2 prizes to have, then Hazel wins the other prize! :rotfl:

I know I had a poor weekend, but wondering if all this Body Magic is starting to bring some muscles back. I know I am losing around my waist and my thighs are feeling firmer.

Will need to be careful from tomorrow as I am home alone till Sunday night! More than capable of looking after myself but can get carried away and forget to cook.

Hazel and DD Sam are off down to see Hazel's dad he has had a small stroke although its only effected his vision. May well be off down to my Dads as he has just been told that the operation he had in January to repair his busted Femur was defective and he has to have it done again! Will know more in a week.
