What a change in the weather today! It's really horrible and drizzly. Had wanted to wash the bedding today but just not worth it, hope it's better tomorrow.
Another EE day today:
B - fruit & quark
L - tuna salad sandwich, LTL mayo instead of spread (0.5)
D - Sliced leg of lamb in gravy (from freezer); roast pots & veg (1 for small amount of gravy)
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - 1.5 as above; nothing else planned but want something this evening so possibly an Alpen bar.

Weather drier but colder here today than yesterday.
Starting to feel autumnal along with the darker mornings. Wonder how long I can go before changing from bare legs and sandals to tights and shoesZebras rock0 -

I saw a Facebook meme that said (cleaned up for MSE purposes) about being able to shave one's bikini line without having to lift one's stomach out of the way being a weight loss goal0 -
Well....
IT'S A TOP GIRL JUNIOR
Going to weigh in on Monday and assess the damage so far, I'll be 21 weeks then.
I've started wearing maternity jeans as they're so very comfortable. My old ones still fit but bending was hard.
Today's on plan menu:
B - Low low cheese on toast (HEXA and 1/2 HEXB) and fruit
D - Fish stew
T - Chicken goujons, chips and salad
I'll probably go slightly over my HEXB with the breadcrumbs for the goujons and might have some Asda low fat coleslaw which will be syns, plus maybe some beef space raiders (3).
Still counting, but pretty casually.
The baby has slightly enlarged kidneys (however, they were within normal range 30 minutes later after a second scan) and I have a low lying placenta so I'll have another scan at 34 weeks to see if I need a C section (they check kidneys then) and they'll scan her kidneys when she's born, so I'm trying to stay chilled.0 -

Any weight gain is to be expected, and good on you for keeping your eye on the plan.
Sure TGJ will be fine. Within healthy range, so just try to remember that.
My daughter had a kidney scan at 2 weeks old and it was fine. It bothered her so little that she actually fell asleep in the middle of it. It was just like the pregnancy scan, but they projected pretty lights up on to the ceiling to entertain herZebras rock0 -
That's fantastic news about TGJ although we only have girls so I'm biased.;)
Delighted for you on your weightloss kathrynha.:T I wish I could have come back from holiday with a loss.:o Congratulations on your wedding anniversary too.:)
:T to shiprob. That's an amazingly fast route to target. Well done!
That's a fantastic idea about statement shoes MrsR. I wore a plain black pencil skirt and white shirt for my last graduation, you don't want anything too fussy detracting from your gown. I don't know if you will have a hood but it's important to be able to anchor it at the front. They were obviously designed for men with shirt buttons. Pinning it to my bra strap worked best!:rotfl:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: veggie omelette with salad (SP lunch)chicken stir fry with noodles and millions of Speed (mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, spring onions, carrots and anything else I can find in the fridge!:D)
Syns: 2.5 for honey on stir fry0 -
Top Girl - yay for girls; our littlie had a hip scan at 5 weeks old as I had 'clicky hips' when I was little but all was well as she settled in to the little cushion thing then used for it and fell asleep!
today:
breakfast: heb Weetabix with milk from hea and strawberries
snack: cup of tea and a banana
lunch: forgot mine in a rush this morning so nipped to Iceland and got a sw paella. rather nice. still making my way through it! (also picked up a mushroom soup to try another day. the containers for the mushroom one are much better than those usual tall soup pots in my opinion so will get a few more for the freezer) also munching a Satsuma and apple slices. couldn't finish the whole paella so I will have what's left with salad tomorrow
tea: I put beef in the slow cooker with a small cup of water on low before work. by the time I get home it should be falling apart nicely to have with chips and gravy (the others) or mash and veggies for me
snacks: got a pack of pink and whites (2/2.5?) for when the others crack out the cookies at work. already had one and may have a second. nothing planned at home except a 2 syn hot choc after the jobs are done and littlie is in bed!************************************

Hi all,
Wow, people are doing so well, SHIPROB, KATHRYN, MRS R (welcome back and well done on a fab loss). Lovely news TOPGIRL.
I'm plodding onwards and have thankfully conquered my excess chocolate consumption that was my downfall last week. I've discovered chocolate weetabix which I've been having when peckish. This seems to be a heB which I haven't been having enough of (thanks to DENISE for pointing this out). I've just had SW baked bean lasagne for dinner. Free with a heA for some cheese. I made it last night so this was an easy dinner, just reheating.
Hoping for a loss come WI on Saturday. I think this is the last week of this challenge and I'd really like to hit my target for the first time.Weight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
can anyone in the know help...chocolate Weetabix (branded) are a heb...any chance the asda own version can be used as one too?
I've had max 5 syns with tea so def having a hot choc shortly! I get a 'lie in' tomorrow as I don't need to leave the house until 8.30/8.45 so that will be novel. I intend to use the time to tidy the kitchen and make a salad haha************************************

Hi LUSH,
I've just looked at the online syns. Are they called Asda Chocolate Wheat Bisks? If so they are 7.5 syns for two but also have the HE symbol like choc weetabix have. So it looks like a yes in answer to your question.
Hope this helpsWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0
