Hi all- thanks for the warm welcome back. Nice to catch up with you all!
I did some market research this evening about salad- I saw the advert on Facebook and attended an event. It was definitely an eye opener :D I eat so much salad- I'll be growing bunny ears soon :D
Had a sore mouth for a few days so I'll be calling the dentist tomorrow for an emergency appointment- not looking forward to that! I recieved a payment for my market research so I popped into Tesco on the way to the bus stop as OH had asked me to pick up some milk- I treated myself to some Reduced sushi for half a syn each small pack which was a nice treat. Also been thinking about my graduation outfit. I've decided I'm just going to wear something plain black with a little sparkle in it and go all out on my shoes as my robe will hide my dress. I plan on leaving it until the week before for damage limitation purposes (given the time of year it will be I'm confident I won't have a problem!)

    Today's menu.
B: HEXB overnight oats with rasps and strawbs, cup of decaf Cookie Dough coffee (nom) with HEXA s/s
L: SW sausages with another great big mixed salad, Fab lolly (4 syns)
T: Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh (1.5) carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, sprouts. Sparkling water
S: 2 x small packs veggie sushi (1 syn) Sunbites popcorn (4) sparkling water, decaf tea with HEXA s/s
    Syns: 10.5

    Night all xx

Last nights loss was the boost I needed when feeling so naff, to help me realise I can control one part of my life. Determined to have a good week foodwise.

Today is my wedding anniversary, but I am in control of dinner as I am cooking myself. Hubby did forget, so just hoping he buys me flowers not food to make up for it!

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - naked noodle pot
    Lunch - pasta salad
Dinner - steak, sp wedges, coleslaw, fruit salad
Snacks - fruit, aldi quavers, cereal bars, ginger sweets

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - salad dressing (2), quavers (3), ginger sweets (worth it)
    Zebras rock
