I saw a Facebook meme that said (cleaned up for MSE purposes) about being able to shave one's bikini line without having to lift one's stomach out of the way being a weight loss goal :D

:D:D:D My weight loss goal is to have rude cuddles without lifting ones tummy and to move out of maternity leggings (when I achieve this I will send them to TG).

TG, lovely to hear TGJ is doing well x

I may throttle DS2, I arrived home at 8.30 and he has the cheek to ask what I am cooking for tea..... he is 24 years of age and has his girlfriend living with us....!

    I need alcohol!!!!

Good news Top Girl - I'm another with just girls. I'm sure everything will be fine, things are within normal range and the medics will keep a good eye on you.

Have started making a dress - wonder if I'll be able to make it before we go on holiday, LOL! It's a simple style so I'll give it a good go but if not it'll do for next spring/summer as it's a cotton material.

Plan changed today and ended up eating out. Had the "best" on the menu - ham, egg & sweet potato chips. Absolutely everything was with chips - certainly not somewhere I'd have picked myself by our friends chose where to eat as DH was doing them a favour by taking their caravan to the dealers and my friend's DH has decided he doesn't want to tow anymore!

Just have to hope that I'm still within target range tomorrow morning. If not then I won't go to WI as I don't want to have to book holiday as I'd end up having to pay when I come back.

    Evening all
Well the weather has been rubbish here. Went out earlier as I had a dentist appointment but I had to nip to the bank to pay in a cheque first- and the heavens opened! I've got the heating on tonight- it's freezing! Went in search of some of the elusive WW wraps after my appointment- no luck but I got some lovely plump raspberries which I've used in my overnight oats for tomorrow- half price in Mr T's. Also got some frozen strawberries which seem surprisingly good!
Maman- yes I will have a hood- I don't do blouses or shirts but I'm assured the hoods are secured with velcro so no pins needed :)
Beanie- don't worry I'm going for flats or a very low heel :)

    Today's menu:
B: Peach, Apple, HEXB x 2 HiFi Light, HEXA Alpro choc soya drink + 1.5 syns
L: Chicken and mushroom stir fry (2.5 syns) sparkling water
T: Salt and chilli Quorn, broccoli, carrot, cauli. Quark + 2 sachets Options (5 syns) NAS pink lemonade
    S: Wotsits (4.5) peppermint tea
    Syns: 13.5

    Night all xx

  • Hi LUSH,

I've just looked at the online syns. Are they called Asda Chocolate Wheat Bisks? If so they are 7.5 syns for two but also have the HE symbol like choc weetabix have. So it looks like a yes in answer to your question.

    Hope this helps

    winner - thanks Moneysaverme :)

    today is looking like this:
breakfast: heb Weetabix with 175ml semi skimmed (from hea) and strawberries
snack whilst driving: pink and white (2.5 syn)

I tend to eat lunch around 1.30/2 as we don't eat tea until after 6. today I'm starving so having a second snack: free chicken mugshot

will have a hot choc tonight after jobs are caught up with if I get chance (2syn)

haven't been to the gym this week as oh has had 2 full days at work for training so I haven't had chance. tomorrow I'm off out with littlie and my parents so will likely pick up a flexi meal and the Saturday we are out for a curry which I will count in by syn banking next week (keeping at 7 syns or less each day)

Went to WI and gained half a pound.:(

I stayed to group as I had the time today and have got things in a bit more perspective after talking to consultant. It's half a pound over two weeks (was in London last Thursday) and demonstrates that between my many off plan meals I've made good choices. As I've got another busy couple of weeks coming up I needed to hear that. It'll probably be late next month before I can seriously stay on plan for full weeks. I'm a social sort of person and other than refusing invitations or forcing friends to go to SW friendly restaurants all I can do is make the best choices available (and cut down on wine syns).:(

We're out for a buffet dinner tonight. I'm hoping there'll be something that's OK for me otherwise I'll just eat as little as possible and fill up when I get home if necessary.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 HEB Weetabix, HEA milk
L: veggie omelette with ham and sugar snaps
D: best choice I can make from buffet

Decided to WI this morning and managed a STS. Pleased with that as I definitely reined it in after the weekend.

Holiday plan changed as DH has to go see the doctor again in a couple of week:( so we're going to get away for the weekend tomorrow. Have changed our travel date to the afternoon he's seeing the doctor - just hope the Dr is OK about him travelling.

    Today's plan:

    B - 2 hifi bars (HEB)
    L - spanish omelette
D - LO lamb in gravy which we didn't have yesterday (1 syn)

    HEA - milk
    HEB - hifi bars
Syns - gravy 1; not sure what else at the moment

Will need to do some more shopping as only got enough to last until Tuesday!
