:T bubbs Congratulations!
You and Hazel did well merlin . It's bound to be the alcohol at the weekend and the time visiting your son that had its effects but it's still a good l.:)
All considered I don't think tonight was too bad. It was a fancy buffet, not a sausage roll in sight! I had a big heap of salad leaves with a couple of chicken satays (more like kebabs) and a couple of lamb kofte. They should have been fairly low syn. I ignored the sandwiches, garlic bread, onion bhajis and puddings. I had 3 small glasses of wine. I'm allowing 30 syns.
Back on plan tomorrow, well my weekend gin plan which is quite low syn.0 -
Evening all
Bubbs, tomorrow will be the 4th Asda store I have visited and I'm yet to find the wrapsalso tried Tesco and Morrisons with no luck
I've chased all over the East Midlands looking for them
Busy old day today- I've been trying on some clothes for fit to gauge how I'm doing. A size 20 outfit in Primark looked okay- still got a little bit further to go but that encouraged me. Unsure what the weekend will bring- I may either be in Rotherham on Sunday or Coventry Monday night- depending on whether the player I sponsor who is on loan to my club is playing for us or his own club. I hope it will be for us! Either way it will be difficult food wise- just need to try and keep focused.
Today's menu:
B: HEXB overnight oats, decaf coffee with 1/2 HEXA s/s
L: Omelette with ham, mushroom and onions, salad, water
T: SW ready meal with green beans, mushrooms, broccoli, cauli, carrots. Apple, peach, water
S: Fab lolly (4 syns) 3 Crackerbreads with other half HEXA Laughing Cow Light and 3 SW sausages (3 syns) HiFi Light (3 syns)
Syns: 10
Steps: 10.5k

Evening, all. It’s been a lovely day here today, warm and mostly sunny for a change.
I see the grumpy one is not leaving you, maman. I imagine you don’t know whether to laugh or cry! As you know I’m a social person too, so I’m with you on enjoying food when out and about. I tend to have cake or choc syns as I don’t drink alcohol of any kind – I just never acquire the taste, so gave up trying!
Hope all goes well with DH’s doc appt and you can get off and enjoy your break, Denise.
Brilliant, bubbs (twice). Good work, merlin.
A better day today – just as well as I’ll be out for lunch again tomorrow.

Thanks greentiger . I'll have your booze and you can have my chocolate! We'd get on well! 😃
So Van Dyck stays for now although his name is being pronounced differently around here.Hopefully he'll now stop sulking and get his act together, he hasn't kicked a ball since January!

Another nice day today. Getting the bedding washed and dried before going away for the weekend. Also have my hairdressing coming round to cut my hair in about 1/2 hour. Will be having it cut very short as it won't get done again until December when I come back!
Well done everyone on your losses this week.
Might have to take on your gin plan Maman as keep going over syns when I have wine and then have to rein it back in after the weekend.
Today's plan:
B - overnight oats
L - cottage pie from freezer
D - duck breast, potatoes, veg (duck breast from freezer)
Will start packing the fridge in the MH shortly ready for the off later on.

Sorry to lead people astray on my gin plan!:D
I'm blaming lantanna, she got me back on it.(:wave:if you're lurking).
My NBF is the jigger I bought when we visited Bombay Sapphire a couple of weeks ago.
It means I can be sure of having just 25mls each time. 1 large glass of red 11.5 syns, that's almost 4 gins:eek:. No brainer!!
I've had my SW breakfast (HEB porage) but I need to sort out a meal plan before up to Tuesday breakfast time before I do any more. I've got various bits of fresh veg in the fridge and I want to use them all up. Not fussed about potatoes and that sort of thing, they'll keep, but don't want anything wasted either.
Back later.:)0 -
Hello everybody, it's a nice day today clear blue skies and no rain forecast I hope.:)
Well I have nothing to report I have STS again. I will however, excuse myself ,I haven't been well, and I am still not well my hacking cough just won't go. I can't taste food at all, and I don't feel like eating. So, it really is down to me.:D
I am going to my Aunties funeral this afternoon and I am so glad there isn't a wake Auntie was 94 yrs old and her husband is 95 so he doesn't feel like one.:)0
