Hello lovelies
I'm getting worse at remembering to log in!
Staying just about on plan although I have just eaten a 300 calorie bag of skips. I suppose there are worse binges though.Scrambled eggs and beans on toast (HEXA, HEXB)
D) Homemade beef and vegetable soup
T) Spaghetti Bolognese with parmesan (HEXA)
Syns - as above!
Really tired today, so no BM...0 -
Out of interest, what is people's preferred day to weigh in?0

Glad the interview went well lush but agree that staying where you are sounds like the best option. Good news is that the Aldi Rogan Josh is 1.5 for the whole pack so not as synful as you thought.
Funeral went as well as these things can. I had lunch before I went and didn't touch the buffet! I did have 2 miniscule glasses of wine though.
Football tonight and will be having the now customary banana at half time.:)0 -
MSM - you might like to try Alpen Lights instead of Hifis. You can have 2 the same as Hifi Lights.
Otherwise things like nuts & seeds are always an opion or some cooked fruit. Baked apple with 1tsp of mincemeat in the centre is also an HEB.
Have been reasonably low of syns last few days since getting back from holiday so am having a couple of G&Ts this evening - much lower syns that the usual wine, LOL!

Eric, all I seemed to do was log my weight every week. I’d get a generic response to that. Also, I found trying to check syns was a nightmare, very convoluted and some things seemed to be listed strangely. I had to download and print the plans and information too. I suppose I could just have looked online whenever I wanted something, but that wasn’t always convenient. I stuck it a year (!!!!!) until I found this forum; the rest, as they say, is history.
Glad your interview has given you a clearer perspective on what you want to do next, lush.
Wednesday
Breakfast: hexb muesli, apple
Lunch (out – confession time, lost the plot but it was good): steak burger, with bacon, cheese and a battered onion ring and chips and coleslaw on a brioche bun, followed by a slice of pineapple & coconut sponge
Dinner: bacon & egg, 2 plums
Snacks: 2 ginger nuts (4)
shortbread finger (5)
All in all, a dreadful day.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Wah that's way better than I thought! I have the second half at work in the fridge for tomorrow
Struggling with breakfasts; I need something filling other than cereal I think. Considering going back to having a large glass squash/cuppa at home and actually eating when I get to work like I used to.
Payday tomorrow; I am so excited to get strawberries, yogurt and fresh meat! how depressingly sad does that sound? ha************************************

I had got weighed on the day I started the diet, but then changed to a Friday....:D:D:D:DI think Friday is the best day if you like to save syns for weekends like I do.
Great minds!
Pleased the funeral went well, although I did chuckle that this was followed by the food you ate... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:lushlifesaver wrote: »Wah that's way better than I thought! I have the second half at work in the fridge for tomorrow

More recently I have been taking fruit and veg to eat in the car on my way to work, and then eat through the day. Today I had a pk of tomato, a cucumber, grapes and a banana..... I could not face the two apples I had put in my bag.... the cucumber was the most embarrassing I have ate... I was eating it as I drove along roads that were being re-surfaced, no signs of how to get out of the estate, but work men at the corners giving direction... I did not think what I was doing until one man gave me a wink!:D:D:D
I hope you have negotiated a large pay rise in your new position....... enough to end the lack of fresh food at the end of the month (and have a few nights out partying) x
Evening meal... we had curry. I had read that Mayflower was syn free... then I googled it and it said it was 4 syns.... so we blagged it. We had veg/lean beef in chopped tomato with powdered tikka masala in.... it was rather yummy x100
