    Can I come back?
Not really been doing much with life except survive and food has been the very bottom of the list however I am now at the heaviest I have been in a long time - which is also aversely effecting my motivation but I need (and want) to manage some change

I have been going to the gym - once a week whilst littlie has been off school but twice a week before that so my exercise is definitely up. I've been swinging between eating and drinking no where near enough to binging and then suffering from the associated guilt :(

I have a job interview on Wednesday (not quite ready but will sort it tomorrow) and I'm actually getting an internal promotion too (including getting an assistant to share(!)) but need to work out the finer details of that one inc pay.

Pay day is Thursday so I'm on tight purse strings until then however I can make small changes on the way :)

So...tomorrow...not 100% but I think it will be something like:
Breakfast: heb chocolate shreddies (35g?) with milk (semi skimmed from 250m l hea) with kiwi and pear
lunch: pasta with tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, beetroot/pickled onions
tea: this is where I'm really struggling - maybe a mushroom and tomato omelette with some extra salad
for syns I have a flump, muller light corner thing; the toffee one - 2.5 syn? hot chocolate 2syn

can anyone help with the syns in aldi best of both medium sliced bread? I've also bought the aldi lamb rogan josh (1.5 syns?0 to try at some point

Well, it’s a bit of a (pleasant) surprise. all things considered – it’s STS for me.

I found a purple bolero today that I had for the wedding too. And I have a pair of purple specs. And a purple throw in my craft room. But I think you definitely win, tweets, lol. Just remembered I have 1 pair of purple breeks! Aw. Poor Poppy – bad fly!

    Well done, Ruthy.

Congrats to merlin for being our SOTW.

It’s great to have you back, lush. I’m so happy to hear of your promotion (and your interview – good luck).

I have been away on holidays for the last week.Have spent an hour catching up on everyone's news. This is such a lovely, friendly thread :j:j.
Sorry,I have a couple of figures to put on the chart,shala-moo.I normally weigh-in on Monday evening, but last week(14th) I weighed at a different group in the morning, before we left, and had lost 1.5 lb.This meant that I was just a pound from getting back into target range.I was seriously aiming for this loss even while on hols (packing my own SW friendly picnic while the rest of the family had synful stuff, turning down ice cream cones as big as your head while the rest of the family tuck in,eating Batchelors rice (1/2 syn) for lunch at a festival ,and a sandwich using bread as HEB for tea at the same festival, eating meat and veg while others tuck into rack of ribs and chicken wings.............).I didn't really mind-I really was so focussed.I had about 2 "treat" meals all week.
So I was a bit relieved to have STS when I weighed in tonight. Then for tea tonight had cheese, tomato and onion omelette served with bacon, hash browns, lots of tomato and beetroot.Am planning to do a big grocery shop tomorrow, and hopefully get back into target next week.

thanks Bubbs, its the muller goodies which are all about 2.5 I think (there's smooth toffee, lemon and another flavour)

thanks maman :) that's actually much better than I anticipated for the bread.

Just had my cereal; I'll have my fruit once I get to work. will get dressed then sort out the lunches for everyone then head off. i really need to get back to prepping food the night before - i think that's why its so much easier to plan for a week then prepare as much as possible in advance.

We are off to Centre Parcs in about four weeks for a Monday to Friday break. on the Monday we are also going to Longleat Safari Park so i will pack a sw picnic for that, Monday night we have booked one of the restaurants as its our wedding anniversary then I'm going to plan the four other meals and lunches and take food with us (plan to prepare/cook as much in advance and just quickly cook whilst there). I'm going to measure out my hebs etc before and take them all ready to eat to keep on track :) I think i may even 'reward' myself for sticking to plan with a manicure towards the end of the week or when we get back ;)
