    Morning all

WI this morning and STS. A little disappointed as I felt like I had lost weight lol. It is my star week though so I'll accept that and hope next week will show a loss. Off to DDs for a couple of days and she only cooks SW meals (even though she's like a rake). Clearly doesn't take after her mum :rotfl:

Keep going everyone I don't post that often but like to have a chuckle at others posts

Oh good point Greentiger - TIE, do you have a bag for your outfit ;) love handbags as well as shoes :rotfl: they're the only bit of an outfit that's always look good on me!

Did some batch cooking earlier, the old El Paso mini tortillas with Mexican chicken. Made 10 at 2-3 syns each so that's some lunches sorted, 5 portions of over night oats :D and I still have some butternut squash soup left from last week. It's brilliant being organised, just wished it was less bothersome to do it :rotfl:

    So today's menu
    B - none
L - chilli and lime chicken. Wholemeal roll (heb) Mayo (1) salad, crisps (lots of syns :o)
T - hunters chicken, sweet potato, corn, salad (syns for BBQ sauce)
    S - ham, chicken

Probably a bit over on syns today but better than the last few Sunday's! I find weekends really hard :(

Anyway hope you all have a wonderful Sunday whatever you're up too xx

I have a bag on the way, I don't do bags usually but will need somewhere to put my phone :D

Depends on brand! They vary between 3.5 and 9. Lowest syn are Tesco basic @ 3.5 syns; giant crumpet @ 9 syns. These syn values are of course without butter - and you definitely can't eat one without butter!

    Hi Denise

Thankyou, I had 2 with poached eggs on top. Sounds awful but was really nice. I will take them as my syn allowance for the day. Thanks for replying

In the motorhome, of course! Couldn't afford 3 months in a hotel (and wouldn't want to be in one place for 3 months anyway, LOL!)

No idea where we'll end up but starting in France in September and hoping to do the German christmas markets end of November/early December; but in between could be anywhere but likely to be France/Belgium/Luxemburg/Germany. A lot depends on the weather.

    Evening all :D
