:T on your loses orlao and tweets. Really pleased for you.

Good luck for the coming week abbafan. It's best to act quickly before things get out of hand.:) It's not the paying I object to so much, I'm just cross with myself for gaining so much so quickly.

It's a great achievement being organised shala. It may take up a bit of time to start with but you don't need to worry about/plan/cook any lunches or breakfasts for days now so it's swings and roundabouts. I just find something I want to listen to on the radio and then I'm happy pottering in the kitchen. Today I've prepped red cabbage to do Delia's recipe. I'll put that on after the dinner comes out of the oven later. And I've chopped a big pot of swede and carrot for mash, some for tonight and some for the freezer.

Strangely enough although I've been really greedy eating out over the past few days I feel much better than I have for weeks. My stomach feels flatter and the bloated tum that was annoying me so much has gone. Remembering how good it feels to be slim is great motivation.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham salad, lentil and veg soup (SP lunch)
D: JO roast pork on veg trivet, SW roast potatoes, BNS, kale, swede & carrot mash, cauli and broccoli
    Syns: gravy and gin.

I WILL be disciplined enough to discard the crackling.:(

I'm back from my holiday! Have definitely put on as haven't really been on plan very much. Have eaten out quite a bit and have had fish & chips as well - but only ate the top of the batter and gave the bottom to DH!

    Back on plan today:

    B - mushroom omelette
    L - tuna salad
    D - mixed bean goulash & rice

Think I'm going to call today a Green day with tuna as one of my HEBs. Not much Speed today apart from a few mushrooms and some salad.

Have got my meal plan sorted but need to do some shopping tomorrow as really don't have much in.

Well done to all the losers.

Good to see you back denise .
Are you off to France for the 3 month holiday?

That's a brilliant tip about eating just the top of the batter. I used it last week when I had a fish supper for my wedding anniversary and I managed to lose a pound so it does work!

    Have avoided crackling so far.:)

In the motorhome, of course! Couldn't afford 3 months in a hotel (and wouldn't want to be in one place for 3 months anyway, LOL!)

No idea where we'll end up but starting in France in September and hoping to do the German christmas markets end of November/early December; but in between could be anywhere but likely to be France/Belgium/Luxemburg/Germany. A lot depends on the weather.

Does anyone have any experience of food processors please? I don't have one and a few of the SW recipes say to use one.

Namely the cheesecake recipe towards the back of the latest magazine (October), says to use a food processor. I tried it today, I know it's easy but the gelatine mixture went solid so I ended up having to strain it out, as the only thing I'd got to use was an electric whisk.

So the yoghurt hasn't set really like I would want it to.

    Thanks x
