Kitten duly kissed and cuddled, beanie.

merlin, I’m in a wee village in the central belt (no through road, so the only people here, intend to be here; no shop) about halfway between Glasgow and Falkirk/Stirling. I’m biased, but I think Scotland is beautiful, even in the rain and despite the midges. I’ll pass on the free food, thanks; not even the ‘conventional’ French delicacy could tempt me!

    Well done, maman and bubbs.

I was much better behaved today

Breakfast: scrambled eggs & tomatoes, banana
Lunch: hexb roll, mustard and 2 LMcC roro sausages, nectarine
Dinner: tagliatelle with bacon & mushroom sauce, mixed salad, WW strawberry tart yogurt
    Snacks: hexa cheese and grapes

That’ll be NO syns, so should make up for previous disasters – and I am going out for lunch tomorrow!

Only managed 60k today. Not feeling it so turned around early. Its a bit like when when you go out for a sesh on a Friday night and the 1st pint does not go down well, you just know there is no point in carrying on. Tomorrow is walking and exercise reps.

WI tonight. Lost 4.5lbs Very happy but another half pound would have given me my stone award. Did get SOTW

We had a taster session tonight so I took in A Key Lime and Blackberry Cheesecake from from the new Desserts book. I did not get a piece! It went down a real treat.

Off down to see DS this weekend in Suffolk so staying in a Premier Inn. Just love the all you can eat Breakfast! Not sure we will be able to stay on track but will try to.
