Please can you alter the chart @kathrynha ? Don't worry if it's too much hassle
Think you must have posted just slightly later one week, possibly whilst I was sorting the chart and putting it up. I will sort it before next week's chart for youZebras rock0 -

Aching but survived...:pGoing away Friday.
Feeling a bit better. Pain greatly reduced, vomiting at a manageable level, blood transfusion booked in for before I go away. But most importantly I feel a lot better emotionally.
That is a great step in the right direction xxxx100 -

Thanks for the chart Kathrynha and have a lovely holiday. Well done Sunshinemummy on SOTW - must be all that cucumber! - and hope you're injuries aren't too bad. Congrats to other losers.
Not hopeful for me this week - a family do with a decidedly SW unfriendly buffet at the weekend and fish and chips with Dad today means I'll have to be extra careful over the next couple of days. However, a NSV this week. When I'd lost some weight about 2 years ago I bought some trousers that I thought were a 16 and they were actually a 14. When I was sorting out my bigger clothes I unearthed them from the bottom of the wardrobe and they fit! I know exactly when I was last a 14 (never been smaller as an adult)and it was 27 years ago, just after DD1 was born so I'm thrilled. Said DD1 is now whinging that she's a size 10 - I have no sympathy!0 -

Thank you very much xSlimming world new starter 2/1/17:D:DWeight loss so far 5 stone 8 lbs

Morning all
Just popping my head in to report my weight loss for this -
0.5lb off
I'm very pleased with this. I've been off work so far this week spending time with the kids so my eating hasn't been 100% on plan nor have I done much exercise. I had a massive McDonald's blow out on Sunday too which didn't help. I have an exam this Saturday so I'm really busy studying for that (early mornings and late nights to get it all in)
When my exam is done I'll catch up properly
