    Todays food.

Left house with a bag of:

    3 tomato
    1 cucumber
    2 banana
    2 apples
    2 boiled eggs.

Came back with an empty bag!

    Tea - tomato and pasta.

I need to start to plan in advance!

  • I reached target a few weeks ago. 2 weeks ago I fell 3.5lb below target and was given 1 weeks grace to get back in target range. Last week I managed to put on 1lb so got back in target range. I get weighed tomorrow and I think I might be more than 3lb below target again. My question is will I be given another 1 weeks grace to get back into target range without paying. So my question is can you fall below target more than once and be given the weeks grace more than once as long as you get back in target for the following week. Sorry but I tried to find this info online but can't seem to find it only that I can be 3lb below or 3lb above target.

As far as I know the answer is yes. Every time you go out of range (I.e. More than 3 lbs above or below) then you have a grace week to get back in. It's happened to me both ways several times.

If you keep falling below you need to tweak the plan a bit. The official way is to have extra HEXs but personally I prefer extra syns. :D It's easy if I'm eating out in a week I just have an off plan meal with a few drinks . At home it's more difficult as I always cook SW almost syn free meals.

The other alternative is to consider dropping your target but you'd have to drop at least 7 pounds minimum.

When I first got to target I kept dropping below probably because I was so used to sticking to plan. You'll soon find a way to maintain that suits you.

Congratulations on getting to target. Do come back and tell us how you get on.:)

ETA: They should give you a leaflet explaining what it means to be a target member.

    Thanks for the info, Abbafan.

Happy anniversary, maman, glad you had a good day out.

Well done, Msm, dawyldthing and motivated.

Well it’s a huge 0.2lbs loss for me today. Do you detect a touch of scunnerdom, there? Last time I did fishy week I lost 4lbs, so I am decidedly peeved, even allowing for my ‘blip’ on Thursday. I retaliation, I’ve had a naughty off plan day today. I should know better by now that I am regularly a week behind in getting a result. And I should take my own advice that a loss is a loss and accept it with grace. I found this quote today, which seemed to fit the situation.

“You need to be content with small steps. That’s all life is. Small steps that you take every day so when you look back down the road it all adds up and you know you’ve covered some distance.”
